ԿԸՀ-ն քննում է Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի՝ ավագանու ընտրություններն անվավեր ճանաչելու դիմումը

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում այսօր քննվում է Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության դիմում- բողոքը՝ կուսակցության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանի բացակայությամբ:
Նիստի մեկնարկին Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը հայտարարեց, որ դիմումը ներկայացվել է կուսակցության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանի կողմից: Կուսակցության նախագահ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն ու նրա համախոհները հայտարարեցին, որ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը պատշաճ ծանուցված չի եղել այսօրվա նիստի վերաբերյալ, հետևաբար նա չի կարողացել ներկայանալ նիստին, քանի որ Գյումրիում է այս պահին:
Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ նիստին պետք է մասնակցի դիմումը ներկայացրած Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը, ինչը դժգոհություն առաջացրեց: Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը հայտարարեց, որ եթե իրենց թույլ չտրվի մասնակցել այս նիստին, դա կդիտվի որպես իրավունքի խախտում և իրենք դա կվիճարկեն դատարանում:
ԿԸՀ նախագահը կրկին հիշեցրեց, որ դիմում-բողոք ներկայացվել է լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Գաբրիելյանի կողմից, որևէ այլ դիմում չի ներկայացվել, հետևաբար նշված հարցի քննության ժամանակ այդ դիմումն է քննարկվելու, իսկ դիմումատուն էլ պատշաճ կարգով տեղյակ է եղել այդ մասին: Մուկուչյանի խոսքով, իրենք ապացույցներ ունեն, որ հեռախոսազանգով տեղեկացվել են նիստի օրվա եւ ժամի մասին և՛ Փոստանջյանը, և՛ Գաբրիելյանը: Այս հայտարարությունից հետո Փոստանջյանը կանգնեց և սկսեց տեղից խոսել:
ԿԸՀ-ն որոշեց դիմումի քննարկումը հետաձգել մինչեւ այսօր ժամը 13:00-ն, որպեսզի լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը հնարավորություն ունենա մասնակցելու նիստին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցությունը մայիսի 14-ին կայացած ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու դիմում-բողոք է ներկայացրել մայիսի 16-ին:
