«Ձեզ կոռեկտ պահեք». ԿԸՀ-ում վիճեցին Փոստանջյանն ու Մուկուչյանը

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում այսօր՝ մայիսի 21-ին, քննվում է Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության դիմում- բողոքը:

Նիստի մեկնարկին Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը հայտարարեց, որ դիմումը ներկայացվել է կուսակցության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանի կողմից: Կուսակցության նախագահ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն ու նրա համախոհները հայտարարեցին, որ Գաբրիելյանը պատշաճ ծանուցված չի եղել այսօրվա նիստի վերաբերյալ, հետեւաբար նա չի կարողացել ներկայանալ նիստին, քանի որ Գյումրիում է այս պահին:

Նշենք, որ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանի դիտարկումը, թե նիստին պետք է մասնակցի դիմումը ներկայացրած Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը, դժգոհություն առաջացրեց: Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը հայտարարեց, որ եթե իրենց թույլ չտրվի մասնակցել այս նիստին, դա կդիտվի որպես իրավունքի խախտում եւ իրենք դա կվիճարկեն դատարանում: ԿԸՀ նախագահը կրկին հիշեցրեց, որ դիմում-բողոք ներկայացվել է լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Գաբրիելյանի կողմից, որեւէ այլ դիմում չի ներկայացվել, հետեւաբար նշված հարցի քննության ժամանակ այդ դիմումն է քննարկվելու, իսկ դիմումատուն էլ պատշաճ կարգով տեղյակ է եղել այդ մասին: Մուկուչյանի խոսքով, իրենք ապացույցներ ունեն, որ հեռախոսազանգով տեղեկացվել են նիստի օրվա եւ ժամի մասին եւ Փոստանջյանը, եւ Գաբրիելյանը: Այս հայտարարությունից հետո Փոստանջյանը կանգնեց եւ սկսեց տեղից խոսել:

«Հասկացանք, նստեք, նստեք, նստեք»,- Փոստանջյանին դիմեց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:

Կուսակցության առաջնորդը, սակայն, շարունակում էր խոսել:

«Ձեզ կոռեկտ պահեք»,- ԿԸՀ նախագահին դիմեց Փոստանջյանը, ինչին ի պատասխան Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն արձագանքեց. «Երեւում է, թե ով է իրեն կոռեկտ պահում, նստեք»:

ԿԸՀ-ն որոշեց դիմումի քննարկումը հետաձգել մինչեւ այսօր ժամը 13:00-ն, որպեսզի լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Գաբրիելյանը հնարավորություն ունենա մասնակցելու նիստին:

Նշենք, որ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի կուսակցությունը մայիսի 14-ին կայացած ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու դիմում-բողոք է ներկայացրել մայիսի 16-ին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունների նախնական արդյունքներով՝ ՀՀԿ-ն ստացել է 71,25 տոկոս կամ 240036 ձայն, «Ելք» դաշինքը՝ 21 տոկոս կամ 70731 ձայն, իսկ «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցությունը՝ 7,75 տոկոս կամ 26109 ձայն:

Այսպիսով, ՀՀԿ-ն կստանա 46 մանդատ, «Ելք» դաշինքը՝ 14, Երկիր Ծիրանին՝ 5։
