Արտոնությունների և ներդրումների խաչմերուկում

Պետությունն ընտրել է ներդրումային ծրագրերը խրախուսելու քաղաքականություն, որի իրականացման տրամաբանությունից է բխում ներդրումներ իրականացնող ընկերություններին հարկային արտոնությունների տրամադրումը: Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման խնդրին:
Այսպես՝ նախօրեին կայացած նիստում կառավարության որոշմամբ կրակայրիչների արտադրությամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունը կօգտվի գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից: Միևնույն ժամանակ, շատ կարևոր է, որ ծրագրով նախատեսվում է ստեղծել 30 նոր աշխատատեղ։ Արտոնություն ստանալու համար ներկայացված սարքավորումների և հումքի արժեքը կազմում է 170 մլն դրամ:
Նույն արտոնությունից կօգտվի նաև մեկ այլ ընկերություն, որը հումքն օգտագործելու է դեղագործության ոլորտում։ Ծրագրով նախատեսված արտադրանքի ծավալները կկազմեն 2 մլրդ 800 մլն դրամ: Նախատեսվում է իրականացնել 900 մլն դրամի ներդրում, ստեղծել 9-10 նոր աշխատատեղ՝ 160 հազար դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով։ Գործադիրի մեկ այլ որոշմամբ՝ ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում էներգետիկ ոլորտում գործող ընկերության կողմից ապրանքների ներմուծման դեպքում ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գումարների վճարման ժամկետը կհետաձգվի երեք տարով: Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է Սյունիքի մարզում Մեղրի համայնքում կառուցել 3,5 ՄգՎտ փոքր հիդրոէներգոկասկադ, որի շրջանակներում կատարվելու է շուրջ 1 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում։
