 ՀՀ զինված ուժերում ծառայելու գրավչությունն առաջնահերթ խնդիր է: Ազգային ժողովում մշտական հանձնաժողովների նախագահների ընտրության հարցի քննարկման ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության և ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահիթեկնածու Կորյուն Նահապետյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ելք» խբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանի հարցին: «Այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական բյուջեով զինված ուժերի համար նախատեսված միջոցներով ամեն ինչ արվում է զինծառայողների բնականոն ծառայությունն ապահովելու, նրանց համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ: Իհարկե, հնչել են որոշ մտահոգություններ, և հանձնաժողովն իրականացրել է քննարկումներ կապված դրանց հետ, անդրադարձել այդ հարցերին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Նահապետյանը:

Կորյուն Նահապետյանն ընդգծեց, որ զինված ուժերում ծառայության գրավչության ապահովման ուղղությամբ անելիքներ ունի նաև Ազգային ժողովի աշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության և ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը, քանի որ նորընտիր խորհրդարանի նշանակությունը կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգում ավելի մեծ է. խորհրդարանն ունենալու է վերահսկողական լուրջ մեխանիզմներ:

Մանե Թանդիլյանի այն դիտարկմանը, թե ՀՀ զինված ուժերում զինծառայողների համար առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարագաները նրանց համար ապահովում են ծնողները, Կորյուն Նահապետյանը բնական համարեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր ծնող ցանկանում է իր երեխայի համար բանակում առավելագույն լավ պայմաններ ապահովել: Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ պետությունն այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկում է՝ ընդգծելով, որ ցանկալի կլիներ, որ ավելի շատ աշխատանք տարվեր:
