ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում կայացած աշխատանքային քննարկումների հիմնական առանցքը  քաղաքացիական և զինվորական բժշկական ծառայությունների համագործակցությունն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելը և երկու գերատեսչության մոտեցումները ներդաշնակեցնելն էր։

Լևոն Ալթունյանը և Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նախ անդրադարձել են Վարդենիսում, Սիսիանում և Բերդում քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոցների և զինվորական հոսպիտալների միավորմանը` ելակետ ունենալով թե՛ բնակչության, թե՛ զինվորականների բժշկական օգնության որակի բարելավումն ու ծավալների ընդլայնումը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Առողջապահության և պաշտպանության գերատեսչությունների պատասխանատուները ներկայացրել են արդեն իսկ կատարված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները, համաձայն որոնց միավորման շնորհիվ ոչ միայն կտնտեսվեն ֆինանսական զգալի միջոցներ, որոնք կուղղվեն ծրագրերի զարգացմանը, այլև էականորեն կբարձրանա մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակն ու արդյունավետությունը։

Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև զինակոչիկների պատվաստումներին առնչվող կազմակերպական հարցերին։ Առաջարկվել է ընթացիկ տարում գրիպի բռնկման սեզոնին բանակում ավելի մեծ ընդգրկվածությամբ պատվաստումներ իրականացնել։

Առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Լևոն Ալթունյանը և պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը քննարկել են զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ծավալների, հասանելիության և որակի բարելավման հնարավոր մեխանիզմները, համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարականներ տվել քննարկված հարցերի վերաբերյալ  խորքային ուսումնասիրություններ կատարել և սեղմ ժամկետներում զեկուցել արդյունքների մասին։
