Առողջության հետ կապված 7 խնդիր, որոնք կարելի է հասկանալ բերանի խոռոչի միջոցով

1. Չորություն բերանում՝ շաքարային դիաբետ։ Քանի որ շաքարային դիաբետով տառապող անձանց օրգանիզմից հեղուկն ինտենսիվորեն դուրս է գալիս, բերանում չորության զգացում է առաջանում։
2. Արյունահոսություն լնդերից՝ հորմոնալ անհավասարակշռություն։ Այս իրավիճակը հիմնականում գրանցվում է հղիների շրջանում։ Խնդիրը հորմոնալ անհավասարակշռությունն է։
3. Վառ կարմիր շուրթեր, այտուցված լեզու՝ սննդարար նյութերի անբավարար քանակ։ Շուրթերի անկյուններում կարմրածությունը վկայում է B6 վիտամինի անբավարար քանակի մասին։ Այտուցված կամ կարմիր, փայլուն լեզուն սովորաբար վկայում է այն մասին, որ օրգանիզմին չի բավարարում երկաթի քանակը։ Գունատ շուրթերը վկայում են անեմիայի առկայության մասին։
4. Ոչ թարմ շնչառություն՝ խնդիրներ որովայնի հետ։ Եթե նույնիսկ ճիշտ հիգիենայի դեպքում շնչառությունը թարմ չէ, հնարավոր է՝ առկա են խնդիրներ՝ կապված աղեստամոքսային տրակտի հետ, օրինակ՝ որովայնում բակտերիաների հավելյալ աճ։ Բերանից տհաճ հոտի առկայությունը կարող է վկայել նաև երիկամների, լյարդի հետ կապված խնդիրների առկայության մասին։ Բերանից տհաճ հոտ կարող է գալ նաև շարքային դիաբետի դեպքում։
5. Կրճտացրած ատամներ, գլխացավեր՝ լարվածություն։ Ցավոք սրտի, վնասված ատամները միայն սկիզբն են։ Ատամները կրճտացնելն ազդում է ծամող համակարգի վրա։ Կարող են նաև ցավեր առաջանալ իրանի հատվածում։
6. Խոցեր՝ գլյուտենը յուրացնելու անկարողություն, ինչպես նաև որոշ միկրոէլեմենտների, այդ թվում՝ ցինկի անբավարարություն։ Բերանում խոցերի առաջացման դեպքում առաջինը հարկավոր է սննդակարգ ներառել մթերք, որոնք հարուստ են ցինկով։ Եթե դա չի օգնում, հարկավոր դիմել գաստրոէնտերոլոգի օգնությանը։
7. Լնդերի հիվանդություն՝ խնդիրներ սրտի հետ։ Բերանում ապրող բակտերիաները հեշտությամբ կարող են հայտնվել արյունատար անոթներում։ Նույնիսկ ամենաթեթև հիվանդությունը կարող է ազդել օրգանիզմի առողջության վրա։ Իմունային համակարգի թուլացումը և բակտերիաների ակտիվ գործունեությունն արդյունավետ անոթներում հաճախ հանգեցնում է արյունատար անոթների լուրջ հիվանդությունների։
