Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը մասնակցել է ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման 70- ամյակին նվիրված 73-րդ նստաշրջանին

Բանգկոկում մայիսի 17-19-ը տեղի ունեցավ ՄԱԿ-ի Ասիայի և Խաղաղօվկիանիայի տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական և սոցիալական հանձնաժողովի 73-րդ նստաշրջանը, որը նվիրված էր հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման 70-ամյակին: Նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներին մասնակցեց նաև Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը՝ Չինաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան Սերգեյ Մանասարյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, նստաշրջանի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Հայաստանի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող հարցեր՝ մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականությանը, աղքատության նվազեցմանը, առևտրին և ներդրումներին, տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանը, բնապահպանությանը, գիտությանն ու տեխնոլոգիաներին, էներգետիկային, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում համագործակցությանը, սոցիալական զարգացմանն ու այլ բնագավառներում համագործակցությանն առնչվող խնդիրների լայն շրջանակ:
Դեսպան Մանասարյանը, հանդես գալով ելույթով, նշեց, որ Հայաստանը կարևորում է Դեպի ծով ելք չունեցող զարգացող երկրների՝ մինչև 2024թ. Վիեննայի գործողությունների ծրագրի պատշաճ իրականացումն ու, չնայած տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակի և երկու հարևան երկրների կողմից շարունակվող շրջափակմանը, Հայաստանը ջանքեր է գործադրում ներկա մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու և միջազգային ու տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներում հնարավորինս ներգրավվելու ուղղությամբ:
Դեսպան Մանասարյանն անդրադարձավ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը ՀՀ անդամակցության հետ կապված համագործակցության նոր հեռանկարներին, մասնավորապես՝ սահմանափակ ներքին շուկայի ընդլայնման և ներդրումների խրախուսման առումով: Տրամադրելով մանրամասն վիճակագրական տվյալներ՝ ՀՀ պատվիրակության ղեկավարը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ տնտեսության առաջնային ոլորտներում տեղի ունեցող կարևոր զարգացումներն ու հեռանկարները, ինչպես նաև իրականացվող և նախատեսվող ծրագրերն ու նախագծերը, ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրագործվող ներդրումների համար նպաստավոր քաղաքականությո ւնը:
Միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության խթանման գործում Սերգեյ Մանասարյանը կարևորեց նաև Եվրամիության հետ գործակցության հեռանկարներն ու հարևան Իրանի և Վրաստանի հետ իրականացվող համատեղ խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերը:
Նստաշրջանի արդյունքում ընդունվեցին մի քանի տասնյակ որոշումներ և բանաձևեր՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացմանն ու տնտեսության տարբեր բնագավառներում համագործակցության խթանմանը:
