 Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն, որը 99 ընկերությունների սեփականատեր Է, միայն չորրորդ տեղն Է զբաղեցրել ամենահարուստ պետական ծառայողների վարկանիշում: Այն կազմել Է ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյաների հայտարագրերի մոնիթորինգի ծառայությունը՝ OpenDeclarationBot-ը: 
Առաջին հորիզոնականում հայտնվել Է Կորովոգրադի մարզային խորհրդի՝ «Ընդդիմադիր դաշինքից» պատգամավոր, «Ուրան» մասնավոր ձեռնարկության ղեկավար Ալեքսանդի Ցապյուկը՝ ավելի քան 2 մլրդ գրիվնա (74 մլն դոլար) կարողությամբ, որը նշված Է հայտարարագրում: 1,575 մլրդ գրիվնայով (58 մլն դոլար) երկրորդ տեղում Լվովի մարզի ոստիկանության պահապան ծառայության ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեյ Բոլյակն Է, երրորդում «Պյոտր Պորոշենկոյի դաշինքից» Գերագույն ռադայի պատգամավոր Բոգդան Դուբնեւիչն Է՝ 911,3 մլն գրիվնա (շուրջ 29 մլն դոլար) կարողությամբ: Պյոտր Պորնշենկոն հայտարարագրել Է 789,6 մլն գրիվնա (29 մլն դոլար) եւ հայտնվել չորրորդ դիրքում:
Պետական ֆիսկալ ծառայության (ՊՖԾ) տվյալներով, Ուկրաինայում միլիոնատերերի թվաքանակն անցյալ տարի 2015 թվականի համեմատությամբ կրճատվել Է 24 տոկոսով: Միլիոնատերերի մեծ մասն ապրում Է Կիեւում՝ 1686 մարդ, Խարկովի մարզում՝ 287, Դնեպրոպետրովսկի մարզում՝ 216, Օդեսայի մարզում՝ 211: Բայց, չնայած միլիոնատերերի թվաքանակի կրճատմանը, նրանց եկամուտների ընդհանուր գումարը 2015 թվականի համեմատությամբ աճել Է 13 տոկոսով կամ 3,2 մլրդ գրիվնայով:
Forbes հանդեսի վարկածով աշխարհի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց վարկանիշում  2017 թվականին տեղ են գտել վեց ուկրաինացի միլիարդատերեր: Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիների շրջանում առաջին տեղը, բայց ընդհանուր ցուցակում 359-րդը, զբաղեցնում Է CKM խմբի սեփականատեր Ռինատ Ախմետովը, որի կարողությունը հանդեսը գնահատել Է 4,6 մլրդ դոլար: Մեկ տարի առաջ նրա կարողությունը կրկնակի պակաս Էր՝ 2,3 մլրդ դոլար, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
