Մարդ հոգնեց հող հանձնելու թեմաներով ֆեյսբուքյան ոչ մասնագիտական մակերեսային վերլուծություններն ու գնահատականները լսելուց, չնայած նախագահի ̀ երեկվա ԱԺ-ի ելույթում կոնկրետ չհստակեցվեց, թե փոխզիջում ասելով ինչ նկատի ուներ: Խոսքում ուշագրավ էր Արցախի ժողովրդի ու ներկայացուցիչների որոշիչ դերի մասին հատվածը, որտեղ մասնավորապես ասվում էր. «Փոխարենը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի հանգուցալուծման բանակցությունների պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ ամրագրվեց, որ Արցախի ժողովրդի ազատ կամարտահայտության միջոցով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերջնական իրավական կարգավիճակի որոշումը ունենալու է իրավական պարտադիր ուժ։ Այսինքն` պարտադիր նաև Ադրբեջանի համար և երաշխավորված՝ միջազգային հանրության կողմից։ Ի տարբերություն նախորդ շրջանի՝ աշխատանքային փաստաթղթերում ամրագրվեց նաև, որ հանգուցալուծման մեջ որոշիչ ձայն են ունենալու նաև Արցախի ներկայացուցիչները»: Իսկ այս հատվածին է հետևում Արցախի նախագահի մամլո խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանի հարցազրույցում հետևյալ հատվածը, որտեղ էլ ասվում է. «Խաղաղությունը կարող է լինել միայն խաղաղության դիմաց։ Ուզում են հստակեցնել սահմանների՞ հարցը, թող գան հստակեցնեն։ Կա Շահումյան շրջանի խնդիր, Գետաշենի, Մարտունաշենի, կա Հյուսիսային Արցախ, և եթե ուզում ես քննարկել, պետք է համապարփակ ձևով քննարկել, բայց ասել՝ տարածքներ խաղաղության դիմաց կամ նավթատարի բացում տարածքների դիմաց, պարզապես լուրջ չէ։ Եվ իրենք մեկ բան շատ լավ պետք է հասկանան՝ չի կարող վերադարձ լինել անցյալին, այդ թվում նաև` սահմանների առումով։ Տեսեք՝ Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս տարածքները քանի տոկոս են ավելանալու, եթե նա ստանա այն տարածքները, որոնք ուզում է հինգ տոկոսով, մեր դեպքում նշանակում է զիջել 65 տոկոսով, արդյոք սա համարժե՞ք է: Սա ամբիցիաների խնդիր չէ, սա անվտանգության խնդիր է, որից կախված է մեր պետության և ժողովրդի ապագան»: Այսպիսով՝ կարող ենք փաստել, որ տեղի է ունենում հետաքրքիր դիվանագիտական խաղ, որտեղ հայկական կողմը կարևորելով ու հիմնահարցի վերջնական հանգուցալուծման համար ասպարեզ է բերում Արցախի Հանրապետության որոշիչ դիրքորոշումը, որտեղ էլ արցախյան կողմը, մերժելով հողային զիջումների տարբերակը, առաջ է քաշում Շահումյանի շրջանի ու հյուսիսային Արցախի օպուկացված տարածքների խնդիրը:
