Մոսկվաբնակ երգիչ Մարտ Բաբայանի «Выходи за меня» երգը ադրբեջանցի երգիչ Սաբիր Ահմեդովը գողացել և փոխելով միայն վերնագիրը՝ որպես իր հեղինակային երգ է ներկայացրել, ինչը, սակայն, վստահաբար անպատիժ չի մնա:
Life.panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում Մարտ Բաբայանի պրոդյուսեր Սոֆյա Գուլյանը պատմեց այս միջադեպի ընթացքի և առաջիկայում ձեռնարկվող քայլերի մասին:
«Անկեղծ ասած, մենք, երևի, չէինք տեղեկանա այս պատմության մասին, եթե չլիներ մեր ընկերը: Նա ինձ զանգեց, ասաց, որ մի ադրբեջանցի երգում է Մարտի երգը, ապա ուղարկեց նաև այդ հոլովակը, որի ներքո արված գրառման մեջ Սաբիր Ահմեդովը նշել էր, թե դա իր հեղինակային երգն է: Բնականաբար, այդ ժամանակ փորձեցի նաև իմ ֆեյսբուքյան էջով հետևել նրան, բայց այդ պահին շատ զավեշտալի բան պարզեցիք. Նա նախապես ինձ ու Մարտին ներառել էր իր սև ցուցակում՝ հավանաբար մտածելով, որ մենք կտեսնենք ու կարձագանքենք, բայց չէր հաշվարկել, որ եթե մենք չտեսնեինք, ապա գոնե մեր ընկերները կտեսնեին: Մի խոսքով իր հրապարակած հոլովակի ներքո ես մեկնաբանություններ գրեցի՝ նշելով, թե ինչպես չի ամաչում, երբ գողանում է ուրիշի երգն ու այն իրենն է ներկայացնում: Բնականաբար, նա անմիջապես ջնջեց իմ մեկնաբանությունները, ջնջեց նաև իր գրած տողերը, թե ինքն է համարվում երգի հեղինակը: Երբ թե մեր, թե մեր ընկերների կողմից համացանցում մեծ իրարանցում առաջացավ, այդ ադրբեջանցի երգիչն ինձ գրեց՝ նշելով, թե իր աշխատողն է սխալվել ու նման բան գրել: Դրանից հետո մենք դիմեցինք մեր փաստաբաններին, ովքեր անմիջապես գործի անցան: Ես հասկանում եմ, որ Սաբիր Ահմեդովը չէր ցանկանա, որ Բաքվում իմանային, որ հայի երգ է վերցրել, բայց գողությունը լավ բան չէ»,- պատմեց պրոդյուսերը:
Մարտ Բաբայանի փաստաբաններն արդեն հայտնել են Սաբիր Ահմեդովին, որ նա պարտավորվում է 1 մլն ռուբլի վճարել՝ որպես փոխհատուցում: Եթե մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում համապատասխան վճարումը չլինի, գործը կանցնի արդեն դատական հարթություն:
