VIDEOArmtimes.com-ը գրում է. Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը չարաշահում է իր լիազորությունները եւ կատարում է ապօրինի գործողություններ, որոնք հրամայված են Բաղրամյան 26-ից:
Այս մասին այսօր դատարանում հայտարարեց «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ Արայիկ Խանդոյանի եղբայրը՝ Արարատը. ««Դուք խախտում եք իմ իրավունքները, ապօրինի գործողություններ եք կատարում»,- ասաց Խանդոյանը, ապա նշեց, որ պաշտպանական կողմի որոշ միջնորդությունների, ինչպես նաեւ՝ իր հանդեպ կիրառված դատական սանկցիայի պատճեններ իրեն չեն ուղարկվել, ինչի պատճառով նա ժամանակին չի արձագանքել դրանց:
Ինչին ի պատասխան Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանն ասաց, որ նշված փաստաթղթերի օրինակներն իրեն կփոխանցվեն:
Դատական նիստի ընթացքում Արարատ Խանդոյանի պաշտպան Արա Ղարագյոզյանը իր պաշտպանյալի կալանքը փոխելու միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց դատարան:
Միջնորդության առնչությամբ մեղադրյալ Արարատ Խանդոյանը հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ: «Գործին ծանոթանալուց հետո դատավորը պիտի ասեր՝ դատախա´զ, տենում ես, ստեղ ոչ մի բան հիմնավորված չի, դու բերել ես քրեական գործ ես դայաղ արե ինձի: Էս ի՞նչ ես անում: Ինձնից հետո էկող սերունդը չի՞ ասելու՝ պապի, էս մարդը էսքան բան ուներ արած, ու դու անհիմն դրեցիր դատիր... Մորս հլա նայեք ինչ ա դառել: Ինչի՞ համար, ձեր ապօրինությունների համար... Փոխանակ իմ հանդեպ քրեական գործը կարճեն եւ ոստիկաններին պատժեն, այս շինծու գործն են շարունակում քննել: Ինձ ոստիկանները հարվածել են մահակներով: Հատուկ միջոցներից՝ լուսաձայնային նռնակներից, վնասվել էր իմ աչքը: Ինձ չեն տանում գլխի ստուգման, ցավեր ունեմ: Պատճառաբանում են, թե պատերազմի ժամանակ եմ «կոնտուզիա» ստացել, դրա հետեւանքն է»,- հայտարարեց Խանդոյանը:
