Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան կոշտ կերպով արձագանքել է Ռուսաստանում գործող «Ադրբեջանցիների համառուսական կոնգրես» հասարակական կազմակերպության արգելման ՌԴ Գերագույն դատարանի որոշման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի հայտարարություններին:Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Զախարովան նշել է, որ շփոթված են Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակի հայտարարությունից:
«Ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել ռուսական ներքին քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի հայտարարությանը, որում արտահայտություններ կային «ազգամիջյան հարաբերությունների բալանսի, բարեփոխումների կոնցեպցիայի և միջմշակութային երկխոսության հեռանկարների» վերաբերյալ: Կարծում ենք, որ նման արտահայտությունները տեղին չեն: Ռուսական հասարակական կազմակերպության վերաբերյալ ռուսական դատարանի որոշման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ «ոչ բարեկամական քայլ» գնահատականը տարօրինակ է թվում»,- ընդգծել է Զախարովան:
Նա ցավալի է համարել, որ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը կրկին կիրառել է մի շարք ԶԼՄ-ներում հրապարակված «հայկական հետքի» մասին տարբերակը:
«Մենք կասկածելի խորհուրդների կարիք չունենք այն հարցերում, թե ինչպես կառուցենք միջէթնիկ հարաբերությունները մեր սեփական երկրում: Ռուսաստանը բազմազգ ժողովրդավարական պետություն է, որտեղ ապահովվում են յուրաքանչյուրի իրավունքները և պաշտպանվում են՝ անկախ նրա ազգային պատկանելիությունից: Մեզ մոտ ստեղծված են ինքնակազմակերպման և մշակութային, ազգային-հասարակական միավորումների գործունեության համար բոլոր պայմանները»,- նշել է Զախարովան: ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը հիշեցրել է, որ ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին ե ն պատկանում ՌԴ-ում գործող շուրջ 260 ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություններ:
«Դաշնային մակարդակում հաջողությամբ գործում են Ռուսաստանի երիտասարդ ադրբեջանցիների միավորումը, Ռուսաստանի ադրբեջանցիների դաշնային ազգային-մշակութային ինքնավարությունը, Համաշխարհային ադրբեջանական մշակութային ֆոնդը»,- ընդգծել է Զախարովան:
