ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը մեծ սպասելիքներ ունի խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգից: Նա նշեց, որ ներկայիս ԱԺ-ում պատգամավորի աշխատանքն ավելի կանոնակարգված է լինելու:
«Աշխատաժամերը ևս ավելանում են, և նոր խորհրդարանը լիագումար նիստերն արդեն կգումարի ժամը 10:00-ից, իսկ հաջորդող շաբաթվա ընթացքում խմբակցության նիստ կգումարվի, որտեղ խմբակցությունները կվերլուծեն հանձնաժողովներում քննարկված հարցերը»,- Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ասաց նա:
Լրագրողների հարցին, թե արդյոք նման աշխատաոճը կստիպի նիստերից բացակայող պատգամավորներին ավելի ակտիվ լինել և մասնակցել խորհրդարանական նիստերին, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը պատասխանեց. «Ակտիվ աշխատելը հարաբերական է: Ակտիվ աշխատել` չի նշանակում լիագումար նիստերին միայն կենտրոնական ամբիոնից խոսելով կամ դահլիճում ակտիվ լինել: Ես ավելի շատ գնահատում եմ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքները, որովհետև օրենքները եփվում են հանձնաժողովներում և խմբակցություններում: Լիագումար նիստերում պարզապես գալիս է քննարկման փուլ հանրությանը մատուցելու համար: Կան պ ատգամավորներ, որոնք միշտ իրենց աշխատանքը տարել են և կան պատգամավորներ էլ, որոնք նման օրենսդրական աշխատանքով բացարձակապես չեն էլ զբաղվել»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը եւ հավելեց, որ ուսումնասիրելով բոլոր պատգամավորներին՝ նրանց մոտ նկատել է աշխատելու մեծ ցանկություն:
Խորհրդարանում մեկնարկեց վեցերորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի առաջին նիստը: Նիստը վարում է Հայաստանի քրդական համայնքի ղեկավար Կնյազ Հասանովը, ով նորընտիր Խորհրդարանի ամենատարեց պատգամավորն է: Նիստին ներկա էին և ելույթ ունեցան ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ն:
