Ներքին աուդիտի «ռեստավրացիան»

Կարնե Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանում ներքին աուդիտի ոլորտը բարեփոխումների կարիք ունի, որպեսզի այն ավելի մրցունակ լինի ՀՀ-ում ներկայումս իրականացվում է աուդիտի 3 տեսակ՝ ֆինանսական, կատարողական և համապատասխանության, որոնք խորքային բարեփոխումների կարիք ունեն, և պետք է ընտրել այդ ուղղությունների զարգացման ճիշտ մոդել ներքին աուդիտի դերակատարումը բարձրացնելու համար:
Շատ կարևոր է, որ այս օղակի գործունեության արդյունքում նույնականացվեն հնարավոր ռիսկերը, այլև այն կատարի խորհրդատվական ինստիտուտի դեր: Միևնույն ժամանակ ներքին աուդիտի ինստիտուտը այն գործիքն է, որը կնպաստի միկրո և մակրո մակարդակներում պետական ֆինանսների ճիշտ կառավարմանը՝ պահպանելով գործունեության 3 հիմնական սկզբունքները՝ տնտեսում (economy), նպատակայնություն (efficiency), արդյունավետություն (effectiveness)»:
Ուստի պետությյան աջակցությամբ սկիզբ է դրվում այս ոլորտի արդիականացման գործընթացին: «Ներքին աուդիտորների ինստիտուտ-Հայաստան» ՀԿ անդամների հետ քննարկման ժամանակ պետության այս մոտեցումը վերահաստատվել է ֆինանսների նախարարության կողմից:
