ՀԱԿ-ը «ոչ»-ի քարոզչության հարցում չի համագործակցի Քոչարյանի հետ

 Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների դեմ պայքարելու հարցում «Հայ ազգային կոնգրես»-ը չի համագործակցի ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այդ հարցն արհեստական է համարում: «Ô �ս չեմ էլ ցանկանում պատասխանել այդ հարցադրմանը, որովհետև Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն այսօր քաղաքական դաշտում չկա որպես գործոն, որպես գործող քաղաքական ուժ: Այսօր քաղաքական դաշտում կա իշխանությունը և «ոչ»-ի ճակատը: Ուրիշ խաղացող քաղաքական դաշտում չկա, ուստի այդ հարցադրումն ինձ համար բացարձակապես արհեստական է»,-ընդգծեց Զուրաբյանը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ Լևոն Զուրաբյանն ընդգծեց, որ ՀԱԿ-ը պատրաստ է օգտագործել իր ֆորմալ լիազորությունները «ոչ»-ի քարոզարշավը կազմակերպելու համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀԱԿ-ը կարող է ստանձնել «ոչ»-ի քարոզարշավի հենքը: «Օրինակ. «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցությունում խնդիրներ կան, որոնց մասին դուք գիտեք: Ճիշտ է, կուսակցությունը դեմ է արտահայտվել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին և միացել է «ոչ»-ի պայքարին, սակայն այս դեպքում անհասկանալի է, թե ինչ դիրքորոշում կա խմբակցությունում: Իսկ քարոզարշավին մասնակցելու հայտերը Կենտրոնական ընտրակ ան հանձնաժողովին և Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը ստորագրելու և ներայացնելու իրավունք ունեն միայն խմբակցության ղեկավարը և քարտուղարը»,- ընդգծեց Զուրաբյանը:

ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը նաև ընդգծեց, որ իրենք բանակցություններ են վարելու «ոչ»-ի պայքարին միացած այլ ուժերի հետ՝ ռեսուրսները միավորելու համար: Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ ամենակարևորը քարոզարշավի ընթացքում կողմերի  համար հավասար պայմանների ապահովումն է, ինչի ուղղությամբ ևս իրենք աշխատելու են:

ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել, որի համաձայն՝ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների  հանրաքվեն տեղի կունենա 2015թ. դեկտամբերի 6-ին: Մինչ այդ Ազգային ժողովը ձայների բացարձակ մեծամասնությամբ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը հանրաքվեի դնելու որոշում էր կայացրել:
