Բարզանին ԱՄՆ–ում որպես անկախ Քուրդիստանի նախագահ է խոսել

Չնայած քաղաքական կուսակցությունների տարաձայնություններին և բոլոր մարտահրավերներին, որ ծառացած են Իրաքի քրերի առջև, իրաքյան Քուրդիստանի անկախության հանրաքվեն այն գործոններից մեկն է, որ միավորում է բոլոր կողմերին: Այս մասին Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանի առաջնորդ Մասուր Բարզանին հայտարարել է ամերիկյան Heritage Foundation–ում երեկ հնչեցրած իր ելույթի ընթացքում: Բարզանին, այսպիսով, ամերիկացիներին փորձել է համոզել, թե Իրաքում անկախ քրդական պետության ստեղծումը վերջ կդնի տարածաշրջանի ամենալուրջ խնդիրներից մեկին և վստահեցրել է, թե Էրբիլը այս թեմայով Բաղդադի և տարածաշրջանում շահագրգիռ երկրների հետ բացառապես խաղաղ երկխոսություն կվարի:
 
Հետաքրքիր է, որ Իրաքի քրդերի առաջնորդը ԱՄՆ է հրավիրվել հատկապես Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի՝ Վաշինգթոն այցին զուգահեռ, որտեղ նա պատրաստվում էր Սպիտակ տանը հասկացնել, որ երբեք չի հաշտվի իր քթի տակ ստեղծվող քրդական անկախ միավորի հետ: Իրաքում, Սիրիայում, Թուրքիայում՝ որտեղ էլ որ լինի:
 
Բարզանին, սակայն, հիշեցրել է, որ ԱՄՆ–ն Թուրքիայից տագնապելու որևէ պատճառ չունի: Փոխարենը քրդերն ունեն ակնկալիք, որ դաշնակից Նահանգները չեն մոռանա իրենց զոհողություններն ու տառապանքը և քուրդ ժողովրդի ներգրավումը ԴԱԻՇ–ի դեմ պայքարում: Քրդական առաջնորդը նաև զգուցարեց, որ անգամ ԴԱԻՇ–ի ջախջախումից հետո ահաբեկչությունը չի վերանա: Այն կանցնի ընդհատակ, դրա դեմ պայքարը հետագայում ավելի շատ հետախուզական բնույթ կկրի, և ոչ ոք այդ գործում առանց քրդերի չի կարող յոլա գնալ...
 
Բարզանին աշխարհին կոչ է արել նոր սխալներ չանել Իրաքում՝ հիշեցնելով , որ ներկայիս խնդիրների մեծ մասը և առկա էքստրեմիզմը պայմանավորված է հենց նախկին սխալներով, հավաստիացրել է, թե իրաքյան Քուրդիստանը կանի ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Վաշինգթոնի հետ կնքած ցանկացած պայմանավորվածությունը հետագայում նույնպես կյանքի կոչվի, իսկ ամերիկյան կոնտինգենտը, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, հանգրվան գտնի նաև իրենց տարածքում:
 
Ամենահետաքրքիրը, սակայն, այն է, որ Բարզանին փորձել է զատվել Քրդական աշխատավորական կուսակցությունից, որի զինյալների մի ստվար մաս այս պահին տեղավորվել է Նինվեում՝ եզդիական Սինջարում, և հայտարարել է, թե նրանք ոչ միայն չեն նպաստում խաղաղության կայացմանը, այլև պիտի ըմռնեն, որ վերադառնալու են այնտեղ, որտեղից եկել եկել են: Այսինքն՝ Թուրքիա: Մենք նրանց հետ խնդիրներ չունենք, իրենք մեզ հետ խնդիրներ ունեն: Հույս ունենք՝ Քրդական բանվորական կուսակցությունը կհարգի իրաքյան Քուրդիստանի ամբողջականությունն ու հեղինակությունը, ինչպես նաև ականջալուր կլինի Սինջարի եզդիներին՝ ասել է Բարզանին:
 
Հետաքրքիր է, որ անդրադառնալով Իրանին՝ Բարզանին ասել է, թե իրաքյան Քուրդիստանը նպատակ ունի լավ հարաբերություններ պահպանել իր բոլոր հարևանների հետ՝ չմիջամտելով նրանց ներքին գործերին: Փոխարենը քրդերը հույս ունեն, որ նույն վերաբերմունքը կստանան նաև հարևաններից, որոնք որևէ հավելյալ խնդիր չեն ստեղծի իրենց համար: Ուղղակիորեն, թե, այսպես կոչված, վստահելի մարդկանց միջոցով՝ կապ չունի:
