Երգիչ Մարտ Բաբայանը դատի կտա Սաբիր Ահմեդով անունով ադրբեջանցի երգչին, որը Մարտի “Выходи за меня» երգը վերագրել է իրեն եւ «Предложение» վերնագրով տարածել է համացանցում:
Դատական գործը կսկսվի Մոսկվայում: «Չնայած Աիմեդովը արդեն փոխել է նկարագրությունը, մենք ապացույց տեսանյութ ունենք, երգի հեղինակային իրավունքները գրանցված են։ Քանի որ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի ենք, այստեղ կդիմենք դատարան։ Այդ երգն առաջին անգամ Մարտը կատարել է մի հրաշալի հարսանիքին, իսկ գործիքավորումն արել են Կարենն ու Սեւակը», - նշում է Մարտ Բաբայանի պրոդյուսեր Սոֆիա Գուլյանը:
Նրա փոխանցմամբ, ադրբեջանցու գրառումը նկատել են իր ընկերները. «Սկզբում չհավատացի՝ մտածելով, որ հնարավոր է՝ ուղղակի երգը որոշել է երգել, բայց հետո տեսնում ենք, որ հայտարարել է, թե երաժշտության ու խոսքերի հեղինակն ինքն է: Փոխել է միայն վերնագիրը, մեր տարբերակը երեւի չէր հավանել:)»,-ասել է նա:
Պրոդյուսերի խոսքով` միանշանակ պայքարելու են իրենց իրավունքների համար.«Ասացի, որ ստոր քայլ է արել, այդ երգն արդեն տեսահոլովակով ներկայացված է, իսկ նա ջնջեց գրառումս։ Ես էլ տեղադրեցի իմ էջում, եւ մեր ծանոթների ու անծանոթների կողմից աղմուկ բարձրացվեց։ Նա հետո, իհարկե, փոխեց երգի նկարագրությունը, այնուհետեւ ինձ նամակ գրեց. ամեն կերպ ուզում է իրեն արդարացնել»։
