Էրդողանի «նեոօսմանականությունը» Բալկաններում

Արթուր Բալասանովը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Թուրքական համագործակցության և կորդինացիայի գործակալությունը(TİKA) վերջին տարիներին Բալկանյան տարածաշրջանում վերականգնել է ավելի քան 50 մզկիթներ, կամուրջներ և այկ կառույցներ, որոնք վերաբերվում են Օսմանյան կայսրության դարաշրջանին։
TİKA– ն տարեկան Բալկաններում իրականացնում է 25-50 ծրագիր։ Բալկաններում այսօր գործում է TIKA–ի 11 ներկայացուցչություն։
Օսմանյան կայսրությունը դարեր շարունակ իր ազդեցության տակ էր պահում Բալկանյան թերակղզին և այժմ արդի Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ Բալկանները առանձնահատուկ տեղ են գրավում, ինչի մասին նշել էր Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուն, ով ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնում նեոօսմանականությունը հռչակել էր Անկարայի արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերթություն:
Բալկաններում իր ազդեցությունը մեծացնելու համար Անկարան հենվում է հիմնականում մահմեդական երկրների՝Բոսնիայի, Ալբանիայի, Կոսովոյի վրա, ինչպես նաև օգտագործում Բալկաններում բնակվող թուրքական գործոնը: Թուրքական աղբյուրները Բալկաններում թուրքերի թիվը գնահատում են 1 միլիոնի սահմաններում, իսկ այսօրվա Թուրքիայի բնակչության 16-20 միլիոնը ունեն բալկանյան ծագում:
Թուրքիան իր բալկանյան քաղաքականության մեջ շեշտը դնում է Ալբանիայի հետ մերձեցմանը և Տիրանայում ու Անկարայում երկկողմ հարաբերությունները համարում են ռազմավարական: Հունաստանի հետ սահմանակցող և տարածքային վեճեր ունեցող Ալբանիան Անկարայի համար կարող է ծառայել որպես Հունաստանի վրա ազդելու և այդ երկիրը նաև արևմուտքից «շրջափակելու» գործոն:
2000-ական թթ.-ից սկսած թուրք պաշտոնյաները ակտիվացրեցին Անկարայի արտաքին քաղաքականության բալկանյան բաղադրիչը: 2009թ.-ից սկսած Բալկաններ և հատկապես Ալբանիա, Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինա, Մակեդոնիա ու Կոսովո են այցելել Թուրքիայի նախագահը, վարչապետը, արտգործնախարարը և բազմաթիվ գործարարներ:
Բալկաններում Թուրքիան, որպես ՆԱՏՕ–ին անդամ ու ԱՄՆ–ի դաշնակից գործելու է ՌԴ–ի դեմ`Բալկաններում, ուղղափառ, սլավոնական երկրների վրա Մոսկվայի ազդեցության չեզոքացման ուղղությամբ։ Բալկաններում ամերիկյան, ՆԱՏՕ–կան ներկայության ավելացումն բխում է թե Արևմուտքի, թե Անկարայի շահերից։
