 ՀՀ կառավարությունը կքննարկի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև միջպետական (միջկառավարական) համաձայնագրերի շրջանակներում ՀՀ զինված ուժերի համար բացառապես ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի ներմուծումն ավելացված արժեքի հարկից ազատելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Հարցն ընդգրկված է գործադիրի մայիսի 18-ի նիստի օրակարգում:

Նախագծի ներկայացման նպատակը ռազմական նշանակության ապրանքների ներմուծման նկատմամբ ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գծով արտոնությունը ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանելն է: «Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունների միջև ՀՀ կառավարությանը պետական արտահանման վարկ տրամադրելու մասին» համաձայնագրով, ինչպես նաև նմանատիպ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև միջպետական համաձայնագրերի շրջանակներում ՀՀ զինված ուժերի համար ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի ներմուծման նկատմամբ ավելացված արժեքի գծով արտոնություններ սահմանված չեն: Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի համար ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի ներմուծման անհրաժեշտությունը և կարևորությունը՝ խնդիր է առաջանում համաձայնագրերի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի համար ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի ներմուծման նկատմամբ ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գծով արտոնության տրամադրման համար համապատասխան իրավական դաշտի ապահովման տեսանկյունից»,- նշված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ:

ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից տվյալ բնագավառում իրականացվող քաղաքականությունն ուղղված է բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծելուն ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի համար ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի ներմուծման համար:
