ՀՔԾ-ում քննվում է լրագրողի մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու վերաբերյալ ևս մեկ քրգործ

 ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթ է ընդունվել լրագրողի մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու և նախընտրական շտաբում ընտրակաշառք բաժանելու դեպքերի առթիվ «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի լրագրողի հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հարուցված քրեական գործը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Մասնավորապես, նշված լրատվամիջոցի լրագրող Ա. Զախարյանը ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում  է տվել այն մասին, որ 2017 թվականի մայիսի 11-ին Երևան քաղաքի Կուրղինյան փողոցի 11/3 հասցեում գտնվող Երևանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Տ. Մարգարյանի նախընտրական շտաբում քաղաքացիներին բաժանվել են քվեաթերթիկներ և ընտրակաշառք, իսկ երբ ինքն այդ ամենը փորձել է նկարահանել, մի երիտասարդ, խոչընդոտելով լրագրողի` իր մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը, ձեռքից խլել է  «NOKIA» մոդելի բջջային հեռախոսը: Ըստ հաղորդման, նույն երիտասարդը, մտնելով նշված նախընտրական շտաբ , բջջային հեռախոսից հեռացրել է հեռախոսահամարներն ու կարճ հաղորդագրությունները, իսկ դրանից որոշ ժամանակ անց մեկ այլ երիտասարդ անվնաս վիճակում լրագրողին է վերադարձրել վերջինիս բջջային հեռախոսը:

Այսպիսով, ԶԼՄ-ի ներկայացուցչի լիազորությունների իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու և առերևույթ ընտրակաշառք տալու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 1542-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
