Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության բյուջե փոխանցումները զգալիորեն նվազել են

Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության (SOCAR) պետբյուջե փոխանցումները 2015 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին, 2014 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, նվազել է 277,6 մլն մանաթով կամ 20 տոկոսով:

Ըստ թերթի` 2015 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբերի ամիսներին SOCAR-ի կողմից Ադրբեջանի պետական սոցիալական պաշտպանության հիմնադրամին փոխանցված վճարը կազմել է 104 մլն 223 հազար մանաթ, ինչը 2014 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, քիչ է 3 մլն 324 հազար մանաթով:
Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջե SOCAR-ի վճարումների նվազումը կապված է նավթի գների նվազմամբ:
Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի գլխավոր աղբյուր հանդիսացող SOCAR-ի նախագահՌովնագ Աբդուլլաեւը ժամանակ առաջ հայտարարել էր, որ նավթի գնանկման պատճառով դրա արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտները 2-2,5 անգամ պակասել են, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նույն չափով պակասել են անեւ SOCAR-ից պետբյուջեին հատկացումները:
Ադրբեջանի 2015 թվականի բյուջեում նավթի մեկ բարելի գինը սահմանվել էր 90 դոլար, սակայն, տարվա ընթացքում շարունակվող էժանացման պատճառով այն այժմ գտնվում է 50 դոլարի սահմաններում: Դա նշանակում է, որ SOCAR-ն այլեւս չի կարողանում կանխատեսված չափով փոխանցումներ կատարել պետբյուջե, այսինքն` 2015 թվականի բյուջեի գծով ճեղքերն անխուսափելի են:
Ադրբեջանի եկող տարվա բյուջեում նավթի բազային գինը 50-55 դոլարի սահմաններում որոշելը նշանակում է, որ բյուջեի եկամտային մասը ներկայում եղածից խիստ փոքր է լինելու: Արդյունքում կնվազեն նաեւ ծախսերը, այդ թվում` սոցիալական հատվածի համար եւս, համոզմունք է հայտնել թերթը:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների համաձայն` միայն օգոստոսին Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի ոսկու եւ արտարժույթի պահուստները գրեթե 1,2 մլրդ դոլարով կրճատվել են:
Նավթի համաշխարհային գների եւ մանաթի փոխարժեքի անկման պատճառով Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է ճգնաժամի մեջ. փակվել են նավթարդյունաբերության մի շարք ձեռնարկություններ, պետական եւ մասնավոր հաստատություներ, հազարավոր աշխատավորներ գործազուրկ են դարձել:
Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
