Համացանցային և մեդիա դաշտի հարթակներում շարունակվում է քննարկվել Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների օրը տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը, որի ակտիվ մասնակիցներն էին Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը և նրա դուստրը։ Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե մենք ինչպես ենք վերաբերվում Փոստանջյան մարդուն կամ քաղաքական գործչին, պետք է իրերին տանք համաչափ գնահատական՝ չխախտելով անաչառության սկզբունքները։

Գանք ի սկզբանե, առաջին դրվագից, որտեղ Փոստանջյանը և իր խումբը հայտնվեցին ՀՀԿ շտաբում։ Բնական է, որ նրանց գործողությունների և ներկայիս օրենքների միջև կային անհամաչափություններ։ Այս մասին արդեն գրել ենք, ուստի չենք անդրադառնա կրկին։

Դրվագ երկրորդ։ Ոստիկանությունը, նաև համաչափ ուժ կիրառելով, դուրս է հանում Փոստանջյանին և իր թիմին։ Այստեղ ևս հակաիրավական տարր չկա։ Տարածքում գործունեություն ծավալող անձիք, անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե մենք ինչ վերաբերմունք ունենք նրանց նկատմամբ, կարող են նման պահանջ ներկայացնել։
Դրվագ երրորդ. ոստիկանական խմբի ղեկավարը հրամայում է բերման ենթարկել Փոստանջյանին։ Այստեղից սկսվում է աբսուրդը։ Նա դրա իրավունքը չունի մի քանի դրվագներով։ Նախ, Փոստանջյանի գործողություններում առերևույթ հանցագործության նշյուլներ չկային, երկրորդ ՝ նա կասկածյալ չէր, երրորդ ՝ հասարակական կարգ չէր խախտել, չորրորդ ՝ հետախուզման մեջ չէր և այլն։ Շարքը կարող ենք շարունակել։ Սակայն, եթե անգամ լինեին որոշակի հանգամանքներ, ապա այդ դրվագում, նա երկու դրվագով անձեռնմխելի էր՝ այդ պահին դեռ ԱԺ պատգամավոր էր և Երևանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու։ Չեմ կարծում, թե գործողություն իրականացնող խմբապետ «Շավարշն» այս մասին տեղյակ չէր։ Նրա հրամանով, մի քանի հաստափորներ սկսում են քաշքշել։ Նորից եմ կրկնում, անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչպես ենք վերաբերվում Զարուհուն, այդ իրավունքը պարզապես չունեին։

Դրվագ չորրորդ. ոստիկանները, այդ համակարգի ֆորմալ առումով իրավականությանը չհամապատասխանող մեթոդներով, պարզապես գողանում են Փոստանջյանի դստերը։ Բժշկական հետազոտությունները պարզել են, որ նրա նկատմամբ բռնի ուժ է կիրառվել։ Բացի մի քանի այլ խնդիրներից, աղջկա մոտ կա նաև ուղեղի ցնցում։ Ոստիկանությունը կամ հատուկ քննչականը ոչ միայն չեն գնացել հիվանդանոց հաղորդում ընդունելու, այլ ընդհանրապես ծիծաղելի մեկնաբանությամբ են հանդես եկել։ Աղջկան բռնի մեքենան նստեցնելուց հետո, երևի հասկացել են իրենց արարքի հիմարությունը, ու պարզապես շպրտել փողոցի մեջտեղում։ Ու ոստիկանության պարզաբանումը ՝ մեքենան փչացել է։ Ծիծաղելի եք պարոնայք։ Խիստ ծիծաղելի։ Այդ հսկա համակարգը, որ մսխում է մեր հարկերի մի զգալի մասը, այլ մեքենա չունե՞ր։

Ինչու՞ է ոստիկանությունը վարվում այսպես։ Պատասխանեմ։ Այնտեղ մեծ ի մասամբ հավաքված են անկիրթ, պարզապես 100-120 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձի համար գործի գնացող անձիք։ Կան և լավ ու բանիմաց սպաներ, բայց նրանք քիչ են։ Եվ երկրորդ ՝ ՀՀ-ն, որպես պետություն, հանդես է գալիս տոտալիտար համակարգի դիրքերից, իսկ նման համակարգերում ամենաթողություն է։ Ոստիկանությունն էլ ՝ Աստված։
