Armenia24.info-ը գրում է.
Մայիսի 13-ին Չեխիայի իրավապահ մարմինները ձախողել են իրենց երկրի տարածքում նախապատրաստվող «օրենքով գողերի» հերթական հավաքը: Եղել են ձերբակալություններ, այդ թվում` ձերբակալվել է հավաքի կազմակերպիչ ռուսաստանաբնակ Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանը`Ռոբսոն մականունով: Վերջինս, ըստ հրապարակումների, Չեխիա է մուտք գործել հայկական դիվանագիտական անձնագրով: Ամիսներ առաջ սույն անձին բերման էին ենթարկել նաեւ Սոչիում ճանապարհատրանսպորտային կանոններ խախտելու համար եւ այդ ժամանակ, ըստ ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների, նրա վարած Mercedes-Benz G3a մեքենայի վրա եղել էր Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական 138 D 307 77 պետհամարանիշ:
Նա նաև հանդիսանում է վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ներդնողների փակ ակումբի անդամ: Հավանական է, որ այս ինֆորմացիոն արտահոսքերը կապված են նախագահ-վարչապետ ներքին հակասությունների հետ: Սակայն արխիվից հանված նկարներից պարզ է դառնում, որ նախագահը ևս վատ հարաբերությունների մեջ չէ Ռոբսոնի հետ: Երբ հնչում էին գնահատականներ այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը գողապետություն կամ ավազակապետություն է, ընդդիմախոսները լուտանքներ էին տալիս ` մի խաղացեք Հայաստանի հեղինակության հետ:
Անցնող շուրջ երկու տասնյակ տարիները ցույց են տվել, որ Հայաստանի հեղինակության հետ, ավելի քան որևէ մեկը, խաղացել են միայն ու միայն այս երկրի իշխանությունները: Գրեթե տարի չկա, որ նրանք չհայտնվեն որևէ սկանդալի կենտրոնում: Այն, որ Հայաստանում քրեական և իշխանական դաշտը սերտաճած է, գաղտնիք չէ որևէ մեկի համար: Սակայն այսքան աղաղակող փաստե՞ր:
Ավելի աբսուրդ էր ԱԳ նախարարության պարզաբանումը: ՀՀ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը, այնուամենայնիվ, պատասխանեց կայքերից մեկի հարցին, թե ինչ հիմքով է Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանին ՀՀ դիվանագիտական անձնագիր տրվել: ««Հայաստանում տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումներ ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ գործունեություն իրականացնող Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանին ՀՀ դիվանագիտական անձնագիր տրամադրվել է օրենքով սահմանված կարգով»,- ասել է նա:
Մնում է, իշխողները դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր կամ համարներ տան թաղային հեղինակություններին, որոնք ձայներ են բերում իշխող կուսակցության համար: Ի՞նչ վատ աշխատանք են անում: Նրանք ևս ներդրումներ են անում, միայն թե իշխանությանն այդքան անհրաժեշտ ձայների տեսքով:
