ՀՔԾ-ում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ հաղորդումների և ԶԼՄ հրապարակումների հիման վրա

 ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում 16.05.2017թ.-ին ստացվել են Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ արձանագրված ենթադրյալ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների  հրապարակումները, առերևույթ ընտրակաշառքի մասին վկայող փաստաթղթերը, ինչպես նաև Երևանի ավագանու թեկնածու Տ. Մարգարյանի շտաբում Զ. Փոստանջյանի մասնակցությամբ արձանագրված միջադեպի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերը` դրանցում նշված հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Ստացված նյութերի համաձայն` Գ. Ս.-ն ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ Զ. Փոստանջյանն առանց թույլտվության ներխուժել է Երևանի ավագանու թեկնածու Տ. Մարգարյանի նախընտրական շտաբ, վնասել այնտեղ գտնվող գույքը, քաշքշել աշխատակիցներին` խոչընդոտելով նրանց աշխատանքների իրականացմանը: Ահազանգի կապակցությամբ դեպքի վայր մեկնած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին Զ. Փոստանջյանը հայտարարել է, որ տվյալ շտաբում ընտրակաշառք է բաժանվում, ինչի կապակցությամբ նույնպես նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր:

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ստացվել են նաև «armtimes.com» լրատվական կայքից արտատպված «Մարգարյանի շտաբում «ՀԺ»-ի լրագրողը բռնության է ենթարկվել» և «news.am» լրատվական կայքից արտատպված «Փող են մտցրել Տարոն Մարգարյանի շտաբ. Փաշինյանը Տարոն Մարգարյանի շտաբերից մեկում է» հրապարակումները, ինչպես նաև նախընտրական շտաբում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հրապարակված տեսանյութն ու վերջինիս կողմից մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հրապարակված` առերևույթ ընտրակաշառքի մասին վկայող փաստաթղթերը:

Հիշյալ հրապարակումների և փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր և քննարկվում քրեական գործ հարուցելու հիմքերը: Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը պարբերաբար տեղեկատվություն կհրապարակի ընտրախախտումներին առնչվող նոր հաղորդումների, դիմումների, դրանց վերաբերյալ նախապատրաստվող նյութերի ու քրեական գործերի մասին:
