Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը մասնակցել է «Մեկ գոտի, մեկ ճանապարհ» միջազգային համաժողովին

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը  մայիսի 14–15-ը Պեկինում մասնակցել է «Մեկ գոտի, մեկ ճանապարհ» միջազգային համագործակցության համաժողովի աշխատանքներին։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Համաժողովի հիմնական թեման Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսական գոտու և 21-րդ դարում մետաքսի ծովային ճանապարհի համատեղ կառուցումն էր, որի նախաձեռնողը Չինաստանի նախագահ Սի Ծինփինն է: 

Այս նախագծում ներգրաված են հարյուրից ավելի երկրներ և միջազգային կազմակերպություններ, որոնց մասնակցությամբ և աջակցությամբ այն զգալի առաջընթաց է արձանագրել։ Ձևավորվել է միջազգային համագործակցության խոշոր կոնսենսուս, որը բոլոր մակարդակներում  արդեն  նշանակալի արդյունք է գրանցել։ 

Ներկայացուցչական համաժողովին իրենց մասնակցությունն են ունեցել 29 երկրի ղեկավարներ, 130 երկրների կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներ, 70 միջազգային կազմակերպություններ և բազմաթիվ այլ ընկերություններ։

Համաժողովի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցած լիագումար նիստում քննարկվել են ծրագրի  ֆինանսական հնարավորությունները, անարգել առևտրին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր։ Հաջորդիվ կայացել են խմբային 6 քննարկումներ։ 

Համաժողովի ընթացքում  նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը ներկայացրել է այն ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերը, որոնց իրականացումը կնպաստի բարելավելու Հայաստանի տարանցիկ հնարավորությունները Արևելյան Ասիայով կապ հաստատելու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և եվրոպական այլ երկրների հետ:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագիրը Մետաքսի ճանապարհի մի հատվածն է,  ի թիվս այլ հարցերի՝ քննարկվել են նաև Հայաստանի տարածքով տարանցիկ բեռնափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու հնարավորությունները և դրանց ծավալը մեծացնելու նախապայմանները:

Համաժողովի շրջանակներում Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել տրանսպորտի ոլորտը կարգավորող բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, ինչպես նաև չինական մի շարք շինարարակա ն կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
