«Ժողովուրդ». Վարչապետը իր «ձևերով» պատժում Է Գալուստ Սահակյանի որդուն

«2014 թ. նոյեմբերի 19-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Կառավարության հերթական նիստի ժամանակ ԱԺ նախագահ Գայուստ Սահակյանի որդուն՝ Կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանին հրապարակավ կապտեց, ինչը տևական ժամանակ տարբեր քննարկումների տեղիք տվեց։ Երեկ վարչապետը կրկին կոպիտ տոնայնությամբ նկատողություն արեց Ա. Սահակյանին՝ վերջինիս դիմելով անունով ու հորդորելով չալարել ու խոսել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչապետի՝ նախորդ տարի արած առաջին նկատողությունից հետո Ա. Սահակյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Աբրահամյանն իրեն չի կարող նկատողություն անել, ինչից հետո տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ դա շատ «ցավոտ» է ընդունել Հ. Աբրահամյանը։ Ավելին՝ նշվում էր, որ առաջիկայում Ա. Սահակյանը հրաժեշտ է տալու իր պաշտոնին, քանի որ վարչապետը չի ցանկանում նրա հետ աշխատել։ Սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց պարզ դարձավ, որ Գ. Սահակյանին հաջողվել է ներքին կարգով լուծել այդ խնդիրը։ Երեկվա նիստում գրանցված միջադեպը թերևս ցույց Է տալիս, որ, չնայած վարչապետը Ա. Սահակյանին պաշտոնանկ չի անում, բայց և իր «ձևերով» պատժում Է՝ ամեն անգամ նրան «իր տեղը» ցույց տալով:
Արման Սահակյանը Կառավարությանն էր ներկայացնում նախագիծ, որով «Երեւանի Մխիթար Հերացու անվան պետականբժշկական համալսարան» հիմնադրամին կնվիրեն Երևանի Մամիկոնյանց փողոց թիվ 60 հասցեում գտնվող, 169 700 դրամ սկզբնական արժեքով 3910.6 ք. մ. մակերեսով շենքը, շինությունները և դրանց օգտագործման ու սպասարկման համար հատկացված հողամասը։ Սակայն Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ Սահակյանը պարզ չի ներկայացնում հարցը, և այն անհասկանալի է մնում հանրության համար։ «Հանրակացարան են ուզում, որ բժշկական համալսարանն ունենա, որպեսզի Հնդկաստանից ուսանողները գան և կարողանան այնտեղ ապրել։ Պարզ պիտի բացատրեք, որ մարդիկ իմանան։ Ամեն անգամ բոլորիդ ասում եմ նույն բանը։ Դե, ասա. ծրագրի մասին խոսի, հիմա մարդկանց մտքներով ինչ կանցնի՝ ինչի համար են վաճառում և այլն։ Պարզ խնդիր էր, բացատրեք, որ խնդիր է դրված նախագահի կողմից այդ հարցը լուծելու։ Պիտի ասե՛ք, թե՞ չէ, Արման, ես չեմ հասկանում, էլի, ալարում ե՞ք խոսեք–վրդովված նկատեց վարչապետը։
Նշենք, որ Հ. Աբրահամյանի այս նկատողությանն Ա. Սահակյանը դեռևս չի արձագանքել»,–գրում է թերթը։
