Հայտնի է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը ձեռնամուխ է եղել համայնքների զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագրի իրականացմանը: Ուստի, համայնքապետերն աշխատում են որքան կարելի է զարգացնել եւ ուժեղացնել համայնքը: Այդ նպատակով նրանք տարբեր ռազմավարական ծրագրեր են մշակում եւ որոնում ներդրողներ:

Արարատի մարզի Այգեպատ համայնքում Եվրոպական միության եւ Եվրոպայի համատեղ ծրագրի միջոցներով կիրականացվի «Հաղորդակցության նոր հնարավորություններ Այգեպատում» ծրագիրը: Վերջինիս նպատակն է հասարակական տեղեկատվական նոր համակարգի ստեղծմամբ համայնքային լայն շերտերին ներգրավել համայնքի խնդիրների բացահայտման, լուծման, կարեւորագույն որոշումների ընդունման մեջ: Այդ նպատակով ծրագրով նախատեսված է գնել լայնէկրան հեռուստացույց, որը կտեղադրվի գյուղապետարանի առաջին հարկում, իսկ երկրորդ հարկում կաշխատեն համայնքի անդամները: Ինտերնետի միջ ոցով կապահովվի փոխադարձ կապը, եւ համայնքի անդամները մասնակից կլինեն համայնքապետի, ավագանու որոշումներին՝ առաջադրելով իրենց հուզող հարցերը: Որոշումների, փոփոխությունների մասին տեղեկատվությունը կտեղադրվի արդեն գործող կայքում:

Համայնքը կունենա նաեւ տեսախցիկ, որի շնորհիվ տեղի ունեցող յուրաքանչյուր միջոցառում եւ արտակարգ դեպք կնկարահանվի ու կրկին կտեղադրվի կայքում: Համայնքապետարանում կամրացվի նաեւ երկփեղկ ցուցատախտակ՝ համայնքի ավագանու աշխատանքն ավելի թափանցիկ դարձնելու համար: 

«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում Այգեպատի համայնքապետ Սերյոժա Պետրոսյանն ասաց, որ շնորհիվ իրականացված նոր տեխնիկական միջոցառումների՝ ոչ միայն կսերտացվի համայնք- ավագանի-համայնքապետ կապը, այլեւ կնպաստի քաղաքացիական առաջընթացին: Առաջիկայում կկայանա ծրագրի շնորհանդեսը, որին ներկա կգտնվեն միջազգային փորձագետ Մել Սթիվենսը եւ տեղական փորձագետ Տիգրան Ճորոխյանը: Վերջիններիս այցի նպատակն է ծրագրի իրականացման գործում համայնքին օգնելն ու աջակցելը:
