Հայաստանի կենտրոնական  ընտրականհանձնաժողովի նախագահ ՏիգրանՄուկուչյանը նորմալ և սպասելի է համարում Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում մինչև ժամը 11:00-ն ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների մասնակցության 11.19 տոկոս ակտիվությունը: «Ես նորմալ եմ համարում ընտրողների այսպիսի ակտիվությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ընտրություններին մասնակցում է երեք քաղաքական ուժ: Շատ հաճախ ընտրողների ակտիվությունը պայմանավորվում է գործընթացին մասնակից քաղաքական ուժերի քանակով: Եթե մենք համեմատում ենք Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների հետ,  ապա այս ժամի դրությամբ եղել է ընտրողների 14,5 տոկոս մասնակցություն»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Մուկուչյանը:

 Նա հավելեց, թե, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ օրենքով նույնիսկ չէր էլ նախատեսվում Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ տեսախցիկներ տեղադրել տեղամասերում, դրանք տեղադրված են: «Քաղաքական երեք ուժերին էլ տրված է հնարավորություն ավելի լայն ձևով հետևելու այդ ամբողջ գործընթացին: Յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է պարզել, որ այն թիվն է ներկայացված, որը համապատասխանում է քվեարկությանը մասնակցած ընտրողներ թվին»,-ասաց նա և բնական համարեց, որ վարչական համայնքներում կան ընտրողների տարբեր թվեր, և մեկ վարչական շրջանում կարող է այլ տոկոսայ ին հարաբերություն լինել, այլ վարչական շրջանում՝ ուրիշ:

Կես ժամ և ավելի ժամանակով հեռարձակումը խափանվելու ահազանգերի վերաբերյալ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ասաց, թե պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ 474 տեղամասային կենտրոնում ուղիղ հեռարձակում է տեղի ունենում, և կարող է լինեն խափանման առանձին դեպքեր, ինչը բնական է: Նա նշեց, որ դրա պատճառները ամենատարբեր կարող են լինել, սակայն արագ արձագանք են ստանում:
