Մարդկանցից շատերը հացի վրա բորբոս տեսնելով՝ պարզապես կտրում են փչացած հատվածը եւ մնացածն ուտում: Ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի նման բան անել, այսպիսի հացը շատ վտանգավոր է, եթե անգամ կտրում եք բորբոսնած մասը, պնդում է ԱՄՆ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության աշխատակից Մարիաննա Գրեյվլին:

«Իմաստ չունի կտրել հացի բորբոսնած կեղեւը. հացը շատ փափուկ է ու փխրուն, եւ բորբոսը նրա մեջ խոր արմատներ է ձգում կամ շոշափուկներ, եթե այս բառը ձեզ ավելի հարմար է թվում: Այս օրգանիզմների արմատները մանրադիտակի տակ հազիվ են նկատվում, դրանք թաքնվում են մթերքի ներսում եւ անզեն աչքով չեն երեւում»,- պարզաբանել է Գրեյվլին:

Փորձագետը հավելել է, որ բորբոսի սպորները «հնարամիտ» են, այսինքն՝ գործնականում բոլոր պայմաններին լավ հարմարվում են: Միեւնույն ժամանակ, միկրոօրգանիզմները նախընտրում են տաք եւ խոնավ պայմանները:

Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ ավելի լավ է բորբոսնած հացն ընդհանրապես փաթեթից չհանել, այլ ամուր փաթաթել պոլիէթիլենով եւ թափել: Նույնը վերաբերում է մյուս մթերքներին, որոնք բորբոսով են ծածկված՝ ջեմերին, մուրաբաներին եւ այլ մթերքներին: Եթե դրանց վրա թեկուզ մի փոքր բորբոս կա, անհրաժեշտ է անմիջապես թափել:

Ի՞նչ կլինի, եթե բորբոսնած մթերք ուտեն:

Եթե բորբոսնած հացի մի կտոր ուտեք, օրգանիզմն այն կմարսի, ինչպես ցանկացած այլ մթերքը: Եթե լավ իմունիտետ ունեք, դուք, ավելի շուտ, միայն սրտխառնոց ու փսխում կունենաք:

Եթե բորբոսի նկատմամբ ալերգիա ունեք, հնարավոր է՝ ալերգիկ ռեակցիա սկսվի, որը կարող արտահայտվել, օրինակ, աչքերի, քթի եւ կոկորդի քորով:

Հացի վրա հայտնվող բորբոսի տեսակների մեծ մասը լուրջ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում, սակայն կան բորբոսի տեսակներ, որոնք կարող են շնչուղիների համակարգի լուրջ խնդիրներ եւ նույնիսկ քաղցկեղային հիվանդություններ առաջացնել:

Քանի որ առանց հատուկ հետազոտության դուք չեք կարող իմանալ, թե մթերքի վրա, որը ցանկանում եք ուտել, հատկապես ինչ տեսակի բորբոս է առաջացել, ամեն դեպքում ավելի լավ է այն թափել:
