Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն Շուշիի կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Չնայած նրան,որ Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի մամլո խոսնակը հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ և հերքեց ռուսաստանյան Regnum գործակալության այն տեղեկությունը,որ Արցախի իշխանությունները ցանկանում են Ստեփանակերտը և Շուշին միավորել՝այն վերանվանել Շուշի և հռչակել Արցախի մայրաքաղաք,Բաքվում միևնույն է իրարանցում է և արդեն երկրի ԱԳՆ-ն է հանդես գալիս հայտարարությամբ...
Ալիևյան ԶԼՄ-ներից մեկի բնութագրմամբ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակ հանրաճանաչ "чушка" Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը հայտարարել է."Հայաստանի կողմից Շուշին ԼՂՀ-ի մայրաքաղաք հռչակելը Ադրբեւջանի ԱԳՆ-ն դիտում է որպես Հայաստանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը անեքսիայի ենթարկելու փորձ...Դա նաև վկայում է Հայաստանի ապակառուցողական դերի մասին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության լուծման հարցում...Երևանի այդպիսի գործողությունները կարող են բացասաբար ազդել հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության հետագա բանակցությունների վրա..."
Հաջիևի այս հայտարարությունից կարելի է ենթադրել,որ միչև հիմա ազերի պաշտոնյաների նվնվոցներն այն մասին,որ Հայաստանը գրավել է կամ ինչպես ասում են ազերիներն անեքսիայի է ենթարկել Արցախն ապատեղեկատվություն է,քանի որ ըստ Ադրբեջձանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակի,այդ անեքսիան տեղի կունենա այն ժամանակ,երբ Շուշին հռչակվի Արցախի մայրաքաղաք...Բայց Հաջիևը չի ասել,թե իսկ մինչ այդ Արցախն ի՞նչ կարգավիճակ ունի...Երևի,ըստ Հաջիևի,այն անկախ է,բայց Շուշին մայրաքաղաք հռչակելուց հետո այն կհամարվի Հայաստանի կողմից գրավված տարածք...Պարզվում է նաև,որ մինչև հիմա բանակցություններն,ըստ Հաջիևի շատ լավ են ընթանում և եթե Շուշին մայրաքաղաք հռչակվի,ապա դա Բաքվի կողմից կդիտվի ապակառուցողական քայլ և կվնասի հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցություններին...
Զարմանալի էակներ ենք մենք՝հայերս...Հեչ չենք հասկանում մեր արևելյան ահրևաններին...Պարզվում է,մինչև հիմա մեր մեջ ամեն ինչ լավ է եղել,իսկ մենք չենք հասկացել...Բայց ամեն ինչ կփչանա,եթե Շուշին հռչակվի Արցախի մայրաքաղաք...
Հիշեցնեմ,որ մինչ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի այս հայտարարությունն այս հարցի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ էր հանդես եկել նաև Շուշիի քաղաքապետ...չզարմանաք,Բայրամ Սաֆարովը...Սա գոյություն չունեցող ադրբեջանական "Շուշայի" քաղաքապետն է,ով այս 25 տարիների ընթացքում Շուշիում ոտք չդնելով ադրբեջանական բյուջեից միլիոոներ է լափում՝ անգործության համար...Սույն անձն էլ մեզ սպառնացել էր միջազգային հանրությունով...
Առաջարկում են Արցախի իշխանություններին Շուշին Արցախի մայրաքաղաք հռչակելուն ավելի լուրջ մոտենան,քանի որ որքան հասկանալի է,Ադրբեջանում դա ծայրահեղ ծանր են ընդունում...Շատ հաճելի է լսել Բաքվից հնչող մուղամաթային նվնվոցները,ինչպես դա եղավ,երբ Լեռնային Ցարաբաղը վերանվանվեց,այսինքն ստացավ իր պաշմական Արցախ անունը...
