Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հնարավոր է՝ վերսկսվեն ռազմական գործողությունները

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ամերիկյան հետախուզության կանխատեսումներով՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հնարավոր է՝ վերսկսվեն ռազմական գործողությունները: Նման հայտարարություն երեկ արել է ԱՄՆ ազգային հետախուզության ղեկավար Դենիել Քոութսը Սենատի՝ հետախուզության հարցերով հանձնաժողովին ներկայացնելով հատուկ զեկույցը: «Լարվածությունը Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ՝ կապված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ, նորից ի հայտ է եկել 2016 թվականի ապրիլին: Ավելին՝ կողմերի՝ փոխզիջումների չգնալը եւ ներքին ճնշման ուժեղացումը ենթադրում են, որ 2017 թվականին կարող են կրկնվել լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողությունները»,- ասված է ԱՄՆ ազգային հետախուզության ղեկավարի զեկույցում: Միաժամանակ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ռիչարդ Հոգլանդը Վաշինգտոնի Atlantic Council վերլուծական կենտրոնում, խոսելով արցախյան հիմնախնդրի մասին, շեշտել է խաղաղության գնալու անհրաժեշտությունը. «Կրկին եկել է ժամանակը, որ կողմերը քաղաքական անկեղծ հանձնառություն ստանձնեն եւ պատրաստեն իրենց ժողովուրդներին խաղաղության՝ հիմնվելով մինչ օրս կատարված աշխատանքի վրա: Իրատեսական չէ եզրակացնել, թե հազվադեպ հանդիպումները բավարար են տեւական խաղաղության հասնելու համար: Երբ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահները հանդիպում են, բովանդակային երկխոսություն են ունենում՝ անդրադառնալով լուծման կարիք ունեցող առանցքային հարցերին: Մենք կուզենայինք, որ նախագահները կրկին դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպեին, եւ որքան շուտ, այնքան լավ»,- ասել է նա:
Նկատենք, որ քանի դեռ լուծված չէ Արցախյան հիմնախնդիրը, միշտ կա պատերազմի վերսկսման վտանգ: Սակայն միշտ չէ, որ այդ մասին խոսվում է նման բարձր մակարդակով, եւ այս առումով ամերիկյան կողմի՝ իրար հաջորդած հայտարարությունները պատահական չեն, ու դրանց պետք է լրջորեն վերաբերել: Հետաքրքիր է՝ ի՞նչ դասեր են քաղել իշխանությունները նախորդ տարվա ապրիլյան պատերազմից, ի՞նչ են արել՝ բացի համահայկական միջոցներով ԼՂՀ-ում առաջնագծի ուժեղացումից ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածություն ապահովելուց»:
