Չինաստանի Շենսի նահանգում գործող Xi'an Investment Consulting ընկերության տնօրեն Վանգ Սուեբաոն յուրօրինակ միջոց է գտել իր աշխատողներին նիհարեցնելու և բարեկազմ դարձնելու համար:
Նա իր աշխատողներից յուրաքանչյուրին 22-ական դոլար է խոստացել կորցրած ամեն մի կիլոգրամի դիմաց: Նրանք կանխիկ վճարում են այն դեպքում, երբ աշխատակցին հաջողվում է նիհարել առնվազն 3 կիլոգրամ: Նշենք, որ ընկերության տնօրենին դեռևս չի հաջողվել նիհարել ոչ մի կիլոգրամ:
Հայտնի է, որ մարտին հայտարարված մրցույթն արդեն ավարտվել է: Այս ընթացքում աշխատողներից ամենաքիչ նիհարածը կորցրել է 3 կգ ու ստացել 84 դոլար, իսկ ամենաշատ՝ 10 կգ քաշ կորցրածը ՝ 280 դոլար:
Տնօրենը իր այս քայլը մեկնաբանել է այսպես. «Աշխատողներս անընդհատ գրասենյակում նստած են, ու չեն հետևում իրենց առողջությանը: Ուստի՝ նրանց գիրանալուց փրկեոլւ ու գեղեցիկ կազմվածք ունենալու համար ես նման մրցույթ հայտարարեցի»:
