5 լքված երկնաքերեր, որոնք մի ժամանակ մեծ կարևորություն են ունեցել

Այո, այսպես ևս պատահում է: Հսկայական երկնաքերերը ևս «միայնության» մեջ լքված են մնում: Ինչ պատճառներ էլ որ այս երևույթներն ունենան, միևնույն է, այս կառույցներն ունեն իրենց պատմությունները և հիշեցնում են, որ մի ժամանակ դրանց մեջ եռացել է կյանքը:
1. Երկնաքեր «Ստերիկ»
Սա կառուցվել է 1930 թ. և հսկայական չափսեր է ունեցել: Այն երկար ժամանակ արմավենին էր բարձրության վրա պահում Թենեսի նահանգում և անգամ անվանվում էր «Մեմֆիսի թագուհի»: Ի սկզբանե այն տիպիկ գրասենյակային երկնաքեր էր, սակայն ժամանակի ընթացքում կառույցը կորցրեց իր հայտնիությունը վարձակալողների շրջանում: 1980-ական թթ. «Ստերիկը» վերջնականապես դատարկվեց:
2. Centro Financiero Confinanzas կառույց
1990 թ. Կարակասում սկսվեց ֆինանսական նոր կենտրոնի կառուցումը, որը հովանավորում էր Դևիդ Բրիլեմբուրգը: Կառույցին տվեցին «Դավիդի աշտարակ» անվանումը: 1993 թ. Բրիլեմբուրգը մահացավ, այնուհետև բանկային ճգնաժամ սկսվեց, և վենեսուելական կառավարությունը շինության նախագիծը վերցրեց իր հսկողության տակ: Այդ օրվանից ի վեր կառուցումը դադարեց, ի դեպ՝ ամենավերջին փուլում:
3. «Insignia» աշտարակ
Աշտարակն իրենից ներկայացնում է 25-հարկանի եռանկյունաձև երկնաքեր, որն իր կառուցման վերջում՝ 1962 թ. , համարվում էր Մեքսիկայում երկրորդ ամենաբարձր շինությունը: Բացվել է 1964 թ.: Տարածքը հիմնականում օգտագործվում էր վարչական ծառայություններ իրականացնելու համար: 1985 թ. երկրաշարժից հետո աշտարակը դատարկվեց: Մի քանի փորձեր կատարվեցին այն հիմնովին վերանորոգելու համար, վերջին անգամ՝ 2011 թ., սակայն անհաջող:
4. Պլազա-Թաուեր
Եթե Նոր Օրլեանում նայեք շրջակայքին, ապա առաջին շինություններից մեկը, որը կտեսնեք, Պլազա Թաուերը կլինի (Plaza Tower): 45-հարկանի երկնաքերի կառուցումն ավարտվել է 1968 թ., և այն օգտագործվել է գրասենյակային նպատակներով, մինչև որ վարձակալողները սկսեցին բողոքել բորբոսից և ասբեստից: 2011 թ. շենքը վերջիվերջո դատարկվեց: Նույն թվականին այն աճուրդում վաճառքի հանեցին, սակայն Պլազա Թաուերի նոր սեփականատերը դեռ նոր պլաններ չի հրապարակել շենքի վերաբերյալ:
5. Բուք-Թաուեր
1916 թ. Դետրոյթում կառուցեցին 13-հարկանի գրասենյակային կառույց, իսկ 10 տարի անց դրա վրա ավելացրին ևս 38 հարկ՝ նոր երկնաքեր ստեղծելով և այն անվանելով Բուք-Թաուեր՝ Բուք եղբայրների պատվին: Կառույցն անցել է Մեծ ճգնաժամի միջով և քաղաքային կյանքի անբաժան մասն է եղել տասնամյակներ շարունակ: Դետրոյթի ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի պատճառով քաղաքից սկսեցին անհետանալ գրասենյակները: 2009 թ. Բուք-Թաուերը լքեց վերջին վարձակալողը:
