Չինաստանը 2017-ին հավանություն է տվել Հայաստանին 200 շտապօգնության մեքենա և ռեանիմոբիլ նվիրելու ծրագրին: Այդ 200 մեքենաները ստանալով` հայկական կողմը կկարողանա ամբողջությամբ բավարարել երկրի շտապօգնության մեքենաների կարիքը: Ստացվող ավտոմեքենաների մեծ մասը կտրամադրվի մարզերին: Մեքենաները Հայաստանում կլինեն աշնանը:
Հայկական և չինական կողմերի միջև կայացած համաձայնագրում, նշվում է, թե Չինաստանը Հայաստանին տրամադրում է անհատույց օգնություն հարյուր միլիոն չինական յուանի չափով` շտապօգնության մեքենաների և այլ ծրագրերի քննարկման և իրականացման համար: Դրա համար ՀՀ ԿԲ-ն և Չինաստանի պետական զարգացման բանկը անհատույց օգնության վճարումների գրանցման իրենց համապատասխան գրքերում միմյանց անունով կբացեն անհատույց և առանց տոկոսադրույքի յուանով հաշիվ, որը կարճ կանվանվի «Օգնության հաշիվ 2017/1»: Օգնությունն օգտագործելիս կիրականացվի հաշվապահական հաշվառում` համաձայն Չինաստանի պետական զարգացման բանկի համապատասխան ընթացակարգերի:
Հայկական կողմն իր վրա է վերցնում այդ համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում տրամադրվող ծառայությունների, ապրանքների ձեռքբերման և ներմուծման կապակցությամբ գանձվող հարկերի, մաքսատուրքերի և այլ պարտադիր վճարների հետ կապված ծախսերը:
