Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Լուսինե Աբգարյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Հայկ Մ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:

30-ամյա Հայկ Մ.-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Դատական ակտում Հայկ Մ.-ի ընտանեկան վիճակի մասին արձանագրված է, որ նա ամուսնալուծված է:

Հայկին մեղսագրված արարքը կապված է հենց նրա ընտանեկան, ինչպես նաև ընկերական հարաբերությունների հետ:

2017 թվականի մարտի 13-ին նախաքննական մարմնի որոշմամբ Հայկ Մ.-ի կողմից ինքնասպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի կապակցությամբ քրեական հետապնդում չի իրականացվել՝ հանցագործության դեպքի բացակայության հիմքով:

Մարտի 20-ին Հայկ Մ.-ին առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք՝ սուտ մատնության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Հայկ Մ.-ն, տեղեկանալով, որ իր կինը՝ Հ.-ն, և ընկերը՝ Կ.-ն, ինտիմ հարաբերությունների մեջ են, կինը դավաճանում է իրեն իր իսկ մտերիմ ընկերոջ հետ, որոշել է ընկերոջից վրեժխնդիր լինել ու նրան «ենթարկել» քրեական պատասխանատվության:

2017 թվականի հունվարի 28-ին Հայկ Մ.-ն, լինելով ոչ սթափ վիճակում, դանակով ինքնասպանության  փորձ է կատարել, ապա մտքափոխվել է, ոստիկանության բաժին է գնացել և հաղորդում է ներկայացրել մտացածին հանցագործության վերաբերյալ, իբր՝ նույն օրը, ժամը 16-ն անց 30-ի սահմաններում Վանաձորի շուկայի՝ «Լաչինի միջանցք» կոչվող վայրում ընկերը՝ Կ.-ն, վիճել է իր հետ,  խոհանոցային դանակով իրեն հարված է հասցրել և մարմնական վնասվածք է պատճառել:

Հայկ Մ.-ն դատարանում իրեն լիովին մեղավոր է ճանաչել, զղջացել է կատարածի համար ու միջնորդել է գործը քննել արագացված ընթացակարգով:

Տուժող Կ.-ն ամբաստանյալի դեմ բողոք կամ պահանջ չի ներկայացրել, չի առարկել, որ գործը քննվի արագացված կարգով:

Դատարանը Հայկ Մ.-ին մեղավոր է ճանաչել սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար և դատապարտել է տուգանքի՝ 250 հազար դրամի չափով:

Նկատի ունենալով ամբաստանյալի նյութական սուղ վիճակը՝ դատարանը նշանակված տուգանքի վճարումը տարաժամկետել է  10 ամսով և թույլատրել է, որ նա տուգանքը վճարի մաս-մաս՝ ամսական  25 հազար դրամի չափով:
