Ռուս գործարարները հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանում մեքենատրակտորային կայանների ստեղծմամբ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին տեղեկացրեց Հայաստանում ՌԴ-ի առևտրային ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեյ Բաբկոն: «Գյուղացիական տնտեսությունները չեն կարող իրենց թույլ տալ միանգամից ունենալ քարշակ, կոմբայն և այլն մեքենաներ, իսկ մի քանիսը միասին կարող են օգտագործել վարձակալության հիմունքո վ: Տվյալ պարագայում մեկ մեքենան կարող է աշխատել մի քանի դաշտում»,- նշեց Բաբկոն:
ՌԴ և ՀՀ վարչապետների նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծվում է հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային ֆոնդ, որի սկզբնական փուլում կիրականացվեն ոչ մեծ ծավալի ներդրումային ծրագրեր: «Հայաստանի էներգետիկայի ոլորտում իրականացվում են ներդրումներ: Այս առումով ակտիվ է հատկապես «Տաշիր» հոլդինգային ընկերությունը»,- ասաց Բաբկոն:
Հայաստանում ՌԴ-ի առևտրային ներկայացուցիչը նշեց, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի քաղաքականությունը տարբերվում է նրանով, որ նա հրավիրում է բոլոր ձեռնարկատերերերին, հնարավորինս արտոնություններ տալիս և ամենակարևորը թափանցիկ հարաբերություններ է հաստատում, ինչը ձեռներեցների համար ընդունելի է:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հայկական սփյուռքի 3 տասնյակից ավելի գործարարների մասնակցությամբ մարտի 25-ին պաշտոնապես տրվել է «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ» ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդի գործունեության մեկնարկը:
Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի և «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի ղեկավար, հայտնի գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ»-ը նախատեսում է 2017 թվականին ՀՀ-ում իրականացնել 300 մլն դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրեր:
ՀՀ կառավարության և Ֆոնդի համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղությունները հետևյալն են` զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքների և ծառայությունների զարգացումը, էներգետիկայի և էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը, հանքարդյունաբերության զարգացումը, քաղաքային ենթակառուցվածքների և ծառայությունների զարգացումը, ՏՀՏ-ի և ՏՀՏ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը, մշակող արդյունաբերության զարգացումը:
