РПА и АРФД подписали новый меморандум о коалиционном сотрудничестве

В резиденции президента между Республиканской партией Армении и АРФ Дашнакцутюн был подписан коалиционный меморандум на 2017-2022гг.

Меморандум подписали вице-председатель РПА Армен Ашотян и представитель Верховного органа АРФД Агван Варданян. 

«Основой для коалиционного меморандума послужили новая Конституция, прежний меморандум о сотрудничестве, наши программы, а также индивидуум, общество и государство»,- об этом в беседе с журналистами после церемонии подписания меморандума сказал вице-председатель РПА Армен Ашотян.

По его словам, основные пункты меморандума касаются антикоррупционной борьбы, внедрения системы нация-армия, преобразований правового поля, развития конкурентоспособной экономики и вопроса внедрения институтов, связанных с правами человека.

Агван Варданян добавил, что три основополагающих ценности заложены в основу сотрудничества. 
«Первая – безопасность Армении и Арцаха, вторая – экономика и развитие экономики, и третья – решимость осуществить качественные радикальные изменения в стране».

Агван Варданян отметил также, что в данном меморандуме нет ни слова о какой-либо должности.

«Есть одно исключение: право выдвижения премьер-министра принадлежит РПА,  все остальное будет обсуждаться в соответствии с графиком и сроками».
