ՀԲ-ի հետ ֆինանսավորմամբ Հայաստանում իրականացվելու է զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման ծրագիր

Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Զարմինե Զեյթունցյանն անդրադարձավ Գառնիի Քարերի սիմֆոնիա բնական հուշարձանի տարածքում սրճարան կառուցելու լուրերին և նշեց, որ եղել է այնտեղ ու զգուշացրել, որպեսզի այնտեղ ավելորդ շինարարություն չսկսվի:
«Քարերի սիմֆոնիան և Գառնիից դեպի Քարերի սիմֆոնիա տանող ճանապարհը մտնում է Համաշխարհային բանկի կարևոր ծրագրի մեջ, որի համար արդեն ամբողջ գոտին նախագծված է: Ես այնտեղ էի, տեսա, որ շինարարություն է սկսվում, և համայնքի ղեկավարին ասացի՝ ով շինարարություն է սկսում, զգուշացրեք, թող ծանոթանա ՀԲ ծրագրին, իմանա, որ հենց ծրագիրն սկսվեց, իր օբյեկտը լուրջ վտանգի տակ է գտնվելու, որովհետև սա զբոսաշրջային վայր է: Այսօր այդ հարցն արդեն քննարկում ենք, որպեսզի ավելորդ շինարարություն այնտեղ չսկսվի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Զեյթունցյանը:
Միաժամանակ, նա կարծում է, որ զբոսաշրջային վայրերում պետք է լինի հանգստի գոտի՝ սրճարաններ, ռեստորաններ և այլն:
«Մեր հիմնական նպատակը ո՞րն է, որպեսզի զբոսաշրջիկին հնարավորինս երկար պահենք Հայաստանում և, կարող է կոպիտ հնչել, հնարավորինս ավելացնենք նրա ծախսած գումարի չափը: Եթե այսօր մեկ զբոսաշրջիկը միջինում Հայաստանում ծախսում է 700-800 դոլար, մենք ունենք հստակ ծրագիր այդ թիվը բարձրացնելու մինչև 1000 դոլար: Արտասահմանում որևէ թանգարան չկա, որի ամենակարևոր մասերից մեկը չկազմի սրճարանը և նույնիսկ թանկարժեք ռեստորանը: Այդ կոմպլեքս հաճույքը պետք է զբոսաշրջիկը զգա, դիտի արվեստ, լսի երաժշտություն, նստի սրճարանում կամ ռեստորանում և այլն: Իսկ մեզ մոտ շատ հաճախ այդ նյութականի ու հոգևորի հետ կապված շատ լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջանում»,- ասաց Զեյթունցյանը:
