Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցների կողմից կաշառք ստանալու, ապօրինի ճանապարհով հանրապետություն գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքներ ներկրելու և ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրություն իրականացնելու հետևանքով պետությանը խոշոր վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՊԵԿ նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչության Բագրատաշենի բաժանմունքի մաքսային տեսո ւչը և նույն բաժանմունքի հերթափոխի պետը ներգրավվել են որպես մեղադրյալներ. վերջիններս կալանավորվել են: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՊԵԿ-ի հիշյալ պաշտոնյաները մի շարք անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու և Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետով ներկրված միրգ-բանջարեղենը պատշաճ զննության չենթարկելու համար վերջիններից կաշառք են ստացել: Մասնավորապես, ՊԵԿ նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչության Բագրատաշենի բաժանմունքի մաքսային տեսուչ Դ. Ա.-ն և նույն բաժանմունքի հերթափոխի պետ Վ. Մ.-ն խմբի կազմում` նախնական համաձայնությամբ, անհատ ձեռնարկատերեր Գ. Ա.-ից և Լ. Ս.-ից կաշառք են ստացել` վերջիններիս թույլ տալով առանց մաքսային ձևակերպումների և անհրաժեշտ լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետով ներկրել օրենքով սահմանված թույլատրելի չափաքանակը գերազանցող (50 կգ) տարբեր տեսակի միրգ-բանջարեղեն, այդ թվում` ադրբեջանական խնձոր: Հիշյալ ձեռնարկատերերն այնուհետև առանց հայտարարագրման ներկրված ապրանքն իրացրել են տեղական շուկայում:
Այսպիսով, խմբի կազմում` նախնական համաձայնությամբ կաշառք ստանալու համար Հ. Դ.-ին և Վ. Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3–րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:
