 ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունում մայիսի 11-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված եկամուտների քաղաքականության կատարելագործման ընդլայնված խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության, այլ գերատեսչությունների և խորհրդակցական ձայնի իրավունքով խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկված միջազգային հայտնի խորհրդատվական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, խորհրդի նիստը վարել է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Անանյանը, ով նշել է, որ խորհրդի նիստերը կարևոր դերակատարում ունեն հարկային օրենսդրության կատարելագործման հարցում: Խորհուրդը մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունների կողմից ներկայացված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների առաջարկներին և նպաստում է քաղաքացիական հասարակություն-պետություն արդյունավետ համագործակցությանը: Նիստի ընթացում խորհրդի անդամներին է ներկայացվել տեղեկատվություն նախորդ նիստերի ընթացքում քննարկված հարցերի և դրանց լուծման նպատակով իրականացված աշխատանքների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել է նաև հարկ վճարողների շահերը ներկայացնող կազմակերպությունների, այլ հասարակական միավորումների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից ներկայացված` հարկային հարաբերությունները կարգավորող օրենսդրական դաշտի կատարելագործմանն ուղղված մի շարք առաջարկություններ: Մասնավորապես` քննարկվել է ներդրումային ծրագրեր իրականացնող տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների կողմից ոչ ընթացիկ ակտիվների գծով ամորտիզացիոն մասհանումների հաշվարկման համակարգի վերանայման, ծառայությունների մատուցման դեպքերում ծառայություններÕ ¨ մատուցելուց հետո հաշվարկային փաստաթղթեր դուրս գրելու հնարավորություն ընձեռելու, շրջանառելի բազմակի օգտագործման տարաների ԱԱՀ-ով հարկման, ինչպես նաև այլ հարցեր: Խորհրդի նիստի արդյունքներով ներկայացված առաջարկները խորհրդի անդամների կողմից ընդհանուր առմամբ ընդունելի են համարվել և որոշում է կայացվել սահմանված կարգով իրականացնել հետագա աշխատանքները:
