 Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերողների և մետալուրգների (ՀՀՄ) միության խորհրդի մայիսի 11-ի նիստին գործող նախագահ Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանը խորհրդի անդամներին առաջադրեց «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Հայկ Ալոյանի թեկնածությունը` իր առաջարկությունը հիմնավորելով վերջինիս մասնագիտական և մարդկային հատկանիշներով: Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` միաձայն քվեարկությամբ Հայկ Ալոյանը ընտրվեց Հայաստանի Հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միության նախագահ, իսկ նախկին նախագահ Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանն ընտրվեց կազմակերպության պատվավոր նախագահ։

Ներկայացնելով միության գործունեության իր տեսլականը` Հայկ Ալոյանը նշեց, որ Միության անդամ կազմակերպությունները պետք է համատեղեն իրենց ջանքերը հանքարդյունաբերության ընդհանուր հիմնախնդիրները լուծելու, ոլորտի զարգացմանը նպաստելու և հանրության հետ բաց ու թափանցիկ աշխատելու նպատակով։ Նրա խոսքով, ՀՀՄ միությունը իրենց համատեղ աշխատանքի համար լավագույն հարթակն է, և միասին պետք է կարողանան բարձրացնել հանքարդյունաբերության հեղինակությունը, հատկապես, որ այս ոլորտն է երկրի տնտեսության հիմնական հենասյուներից մեկը։

«Հասարակությունն իրազեկման և ժամանակակից հանքարդյունաբերական տեխնոլոգիաներին ծանոթանալու կարիք ունի՝ անհիմն մտավախություններից խուսափելու և իրավիճակը ճիշտ գնահատելու համար»,- ասաց նա:

Միության անդամները քննարկեցին ոլորտի մի շարք կարևոր մասնագիտական խնդիրներ, ինչպես նաև աշխատուժի ներգրավման, ապագա մասնագետների պատրաստման և ոլորտի կրթության որակի բարձրացման հարցեր, որոնք առաջիկայում պետք է լինեն միության ղեկավարության ուշադրության ներքո։ Խորհրդի անդամները գնահատեցին, որ այս կառույցը ղեկավարելով՝ Հայկ Ալոյանը կկարողանա համախմբել շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունները և արդյունավետ համագործակցություն հաստատել պետական մարմինների հետ։ Նշվեց նաև, որ նրան լավագույնս կհաջողվի կառույցը բարձրացնել որակապես նոր մակարդակի. բոլորի համար օգտակար և արդյունավետ՝ ի նպաստ անդամ կազմակերպությունների շահերի պաշտպանության և երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման։
