ՀՀ վարչապետի և Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ներդրումային ծրագրերի առաջարկները կներկայացվեն առաջիկայում

ՀՀ կառավարության օժանդակությամբ հանրապետությունում արդեն իսկ տարբեր ոլորտներում մեկնարկել են 95 միլիարդ դրամի փոքր ներդրումային ծրագրեր: Այդ մասին գործադիրի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը: Նախարարը նշեց, որ ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի և ՀՀ վարչապետի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված ներդրողների ակումբի կողմից ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման գործընթացն առաջ է շարժվում. ուսումնասիրվում են ծրագրերը, մոտ ժամանակներս կլինեն հստակ առաջարկություններ: Ըստ նախարարի` առաջին ներդրումները կուղղվեն հիմնականում վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտ:
Հարցին, թե 2017 թվականին ընդհանուր առմամբ, որքան ներդրումներ են ակնկալվում ՀՀ-ում՝ Կարայանն ասաց. «Ակնկալում ենք, որ առնվազն մեր հայտարարած թվերին համապատասխան ներդրումներ կլինեն: Բավականաչափ ծրագրեր սկսվել են, մոտ ժամանակներս Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը կհրապարակի, թե որքան օտարերկրյա ներդրումներ են եղել, որքան` տեղական»: Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ վարչապետը 2017-ի համար իրատեսական էր համարել 830-840 մլն դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացումը:
Կարայանի խոսքով` եթե տնտեսական միջավայրում փոփոխություններ չլինեին, ներդրումային ակտիվություն չէր լինի: «Կառավարության յուրաքանչյուր նիստում բերում ենք ներդրումային ծրագրեր տարբեր ոլորտներից: Գրեթե բոլոր ուղղություններով ունենք ակտիվություն: Ներդրումների ազդեցությունը բնակչությունը կզգա, երբ ստեղծվեն աշխատատեղեր»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ հայտարարված 7 հազար աշխատատեղի փոխարեն
Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս կգնահատի այս ընթացքում իր և վարչապետի արած աշխատանքը, նախարարն ասաց, որ գնահատականներ տալ չի պատրաստվում և նկատեց, որ տնտեսությունն աճում է, ինչի մասին վկայում են ԱՎԾ-ի հրապարակած թվերը:
ՀՀ-ում 2017-ի առաջին եռամսյակում արձանագրվել է 6,6 տոկոս տնտեսության ակտիվություն:
