 Հայաստանում ներդրվում է ազդարարման ինստիտուտը: ՀՀ Կառավարության մայիսի 11-ի նիստում, ներկայացնելով «Ազդարարման համակարգի մասին» և հարակից մի շարք օրենքներում ու օրենսգրքերում կատարվող փոփոխությունների փաթեթի նախագիծը, այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ կստեղծվի միասնական էլեկտրոնային հարթակ, որը հնարավորություն կընձեռի քաղաքացուն անանուն կերպով կոռուպցիոն բնույթի դեպքի մասին իր ունեցած տեղեկատվությունը ազդարարել իրավասու պետական մարմնին:

«Մենք, ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով, նախատեսել ենք նաև ազդարարների պաշտպանության երաշխիքներ, այն նույն երաշխիքները, որոնք տրամադրվում են քրեական դատավարությանը մասնակցող անձանց: Օրինակ՝ անձին պաշտոնապես նախազգուշացնելը, ումից սպասվում է պաշտպանվող անձի նկատմամբ բռնության վտանգ կամ այլ հանցանքի կատարում, պաշտպանվող անձի ինքնությունը հաստատող տվյալները պաշտպանելը, պաշտպանվող անձի անձնական անվտանգությունն ապահովելը, բնակարանը և այլ գույքը պահպանելը,  պաշտպանվող անձին անհատական պաշտպանության միջոցն եր տրամադրելը և վտանգի մասին հայտնելը և այլն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը՝ այս ինստիտուտի ներդրումը, ըստ էության, համարելով հեղափոխական քայլ հակակառուպցիոն փաթեթի շրջանակում:
