Կառավարությունը դպրոցներում իրականացնելու է օպտիմալացում՝ բացառելով երկրորդ հերթը

 ՀՀ կառավարությունը կրթության ոլորտում նախատեսում է իրականացնել օպտիմալացման ծրագրեր և դպրոցներում բացառել երկրորդ հերթը: «Բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել եմ իմ այն համոզմունքը, որ մարդկային կապիտալը մեր ամենամեծ հարստությունն է: Այդ կապիտալի զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ է մասնագիտական պատշաճ պատրաստվածություն և համակողմանի զարգացում ապահովող կրթական համակարգ: Մեր երկրի կրթական համակարգը պետք է պատրաստի միջազգային ասպարեզում մրցունակ մասնագետներ, որոնք քայլում են համաշխարհային զարգացմանը համաքայլ, մասնագետներ, որոնք կապահովեն մեր երկրի տնտեսական զարգացումը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը: 

Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ վարչապետը  կրթության և գիտության նախարարին հանձնարարեց 15-օրյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել քաղաքային դպրոցների օպտիմալացման վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ՝ հաշվի առնելով ուսուցիչների օպտիմալ ծանրաբեռնվածությունը և դպրոցներում ուսումնական գործընթացի կազմակերպման 2-րդ հերթի բացառումը:

Երկամսյա ժամկետում ֆինանսների նախարարության հետ համաձայնեցված հաստատման պետք է ներկայացվի հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների ֆինանսավորման նոր բանաձևը, որը կապահովի հանրային միջոցների թափանցիկ, արդյունավետ և արդարացի բաշխումը: Մեկամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմի և շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ պետք է քննարկվի բուհական անձեռնմխելի ֆոնդերի ձևավորման սկզբունքների և օրենսդրական նախադրյալների ստեղծման վերաբերյալ նախագիծը, իսկ երկամսյա ժամկետում՝ կառավարության աշխատակազմի առաջարկություննեի հիման վրա պետք է լրամշակվի և ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացվի  «Բարձրագույն կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը:

Վարչապետի հանձնարարականով 4-ամսյա ժամկետում պետք է մշակվեն  ուսանողների ֆինանսական աջակցության և կրթաթոշակների տրամադրման նոր սկզբունքներ, իսկ մեկամսյա ժամկետում՝ ուսումնասիրվեն և Կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացվեն առաջարկություններ նախնական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների օպտիմալացման (խոշորացման) վերաբերյալ:
