Ոչ ոք չի ասում, թե չափազանց հեշտ է հասկանալ և հավասարկշռել ոչ միայն նոր հանրապետության ձևավորման ընթացքում առաջանալիք ռիսկերը, այլև միջազգային հարաբերությունների ծանր բեռը, ներքին ու արտաքին բազմաթիվ այլ գործոններ, որոնք կարող են ֆորսմաժորայինից մինչև օրինաչափության տիրույթ ուզածդ Տորք–Անգեղին սասանել: Բայց Մակրոնն ինքն ընտրեց իր բաժինը, և հենց դա, ոչ թե ձախողումը ուրախությամբ նշող լը Պենին հեգնելն է նրա նոր ճակատագիրը:
