«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մինչև տարեվերջ ՌԴ–ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Փոլադ Բյուլբյուլօղլուն հետ կկանչվի այդ պաշտոնից: Ինչպես գրել է «Ենի Մուսավաթ» թերթը, հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին, գլխավոր պատճառն իշխանությունների դժգոհությունն է նրա դիվանագիտական գործունեությունից:
«Մասնավորապես, Բաքուն դժգոհ է Ռուսաստանում ադրբեջանական համայնքի նկատմամբ Բյուլբյուլօղլու վերաբերմունքից: Դեսպան աշխատելու նրա 11 տարիների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական համայնքը թուլացել ու մասնատվել է: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Ռուսաստանում ադրբեջանական համայնքի մեծ մասը վերածվել է ամորֆ օրգանիզմի: Լիդերության համար վեճերը հանգեցրել են նրան, որ շատ կարկառուն դեմքեր համայնքից հեռացել են: Վերջին տարիներին Ռուսաստանում ադրբեջանական համայնքը ջրի երեսին է մնում միայն Հեյդար Ալիևի հիմնադրամի շնորհիվ»,– գրել է թերթը:
Վերջին ամիսներին Բյուլբյուլօղլուն սկսել են քննադատել նաև այն բանի համար, որ Ռուսաստանի արդարադատության նախարարությունը դիմել է Գերագույն դատարան` լուծարելու Ադրբեջանական համառուսաստանյան կոնգրեսի գրանցումը: «Մյուս տարի Ադրբեջանում և Ռուսաստանում նախագահական ընտրություններ են: Թեև երկու երկրների միջև ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը բարձր մակարդակի վրա է, բայց պետք է ընդունել, որ այդ հարաբերությունները զիգզագաձև են: Երբեմն Ռուսաստանի ու պաշտոնական Բաքվի միջև լարվածություն է հայտնվում: Այդ դեպքում Բյուլբյուլօղլին միշտ փորձում է մնալ ստվերում, ինչը չի կարող դուր գալ պաշտոնական Բաքվին»,– տեղեկացրել է թերթը:
Նրա աղբյուրները հայտնել են, որ իշխանությունները մտադիր են Ռուսաստանում դեսպան նշանակել առավել ակտիվ դիվանագետի: «Այդ պատճառով իշխանությունները հավանություն են տվել, որպեսզի Բյուլբյուլօղլին առաջադրվի ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ–ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնի համար»,– նշել է պարբերականը:
