Գյումրիում վարչապետին պատկանող ռեստորան-հյուրանոցում աշխատանքեր չեն իրականացվում. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Դեռ 2016 թվականի վերջերին եւ 2017 թվականի փետրվարին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը մի խումբ գործարարների հետ Գյումրի այցելելով հայտարարել էր, որ Գյումրին դարձնելու է զբոսաշրջային կենտրոն: Այդ նպատակով վարչապետի ընտանիքը Գյումրիում եւս ներդրում էր կատարել 500 հազար դոլարի չափով: Այս գումարի շրջանակներում Կարապետյանների ընտանիքը Գյումրիում «Կումայրի» պատմական արգելոցի տարածքում ձեռք էր բերել ամենահին եւ հայտնի ռեստորաններից մեկի՝ «Ջրահարսի» շենքը:
Նախընտրական շրջանում կառույցում ակտիվ շինաշխատանքներ էին իրականացվում: Խոսվում էր, որ այն դառնալու է եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխան ռեստորան-հյուրանոց:
Նշենք, որ վարչապետը Գյումրիում վերջին անգամ եղել է ՀՀԿ-ի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի շրջանակներում` մարտի 26-ին: «Չորս շաբաթ է, որ էլ գործ չեն անում: Սա Կարապետյանի շենքն է: Եկան, տանիքը քանդեցին, մաքրեցին ու գնացին»,- նշեց թաղամասի Աշոտ անունով տարեց բնակիչը:
Երեկ՝ մեր այցելության պահին, վարչապետի ընտանիքին պատկանող կառույցի տարածքում ընդհանրապես չհանդիպեցինք որեւէ մեկին, նույնիսկ պահակ չկար: Կառույցի դռները ամուր կողպված էին, իսկ կտուրը ընդհանրապես բացակայում է»:
