Ինչո՞ւ են զինվորները դուրս եկել զորամասից. ջրահեղձման դժբախտ դեպքի մանրամասները. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«Մինչ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը զբաղված է անձնական PR-ով՝ փորձելով առաջ տանել «Ազգ-բանակ» ծրագիրը, զինված ուժերում ամենաթողության հետեւանքով շարունակվում են դժբախտ պատահարները: Ինչպես հայտնի է` օրերս ջրահեղձ են եղել երեք զինծառայողներ, որոնք, հետագայում պարզվել է, զինվորական «ՈՒԱԶ» մեքենայով առանց թույլտվության հեռացել են զորամասից եւ Տոնաշեն գետի ճանապարհին մեքենայով ընկել գետը: 

Իսկ քրեական գործն էլ հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրի 377-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով` համապատասխան տրանսպորտային մեքենաները վարելու կամ շահագործելու կանոնները խախտելու համար: Մինչդեռ, նկատենք, զորամասում տիրող իրավիճակի համար պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի նաեւ հրամանատարական կազմը: Ինչ վերաբերում է Վիգեն Սարգսյանին, ապա իրականում բանակ կառավարելը ոչ թե գեղեցիկ ելույթներն են, այլ տեղում իրավիճակին տիրապետելն ու բացասական երեւույթները կանխարգելելը:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ին կատարված դեպքից մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել, մասնավորապես այն, որ երեք զինվորները զորամասից «ՈՒԱԶ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դուրս են եկել մայիսի 7-ին՝ երեկոյան ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում: Եվ ահա գործը քննող քննիչները ըստ էության մայիսի 7-ին զորամասում հերթապահություն իրականացնող գումարտակի պատասխանատուին, զորամասի հերթապահին, հսկիչ անձնագրային կետի հերթապահին, ինչպես նաեւ մի շարք այլ պաշտոնատար անձանց հարցաքննել են՝ հասկանալու համար, թե արդյոք զինվորներին ղեկավար կազմը առաջադրանք է տրված եղել, որ նրանք այդ ուշ ժամին  դուրս  են եկել զորամասից, սակայն մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով՝ վերոնշյալ օրը զորամասի պատասխանատուները հայտնել են, որ զինվորներին որեւէ առաջադրանք տրված չի եղել, եւ նրանք չգիտեն, թե ինչու են տղաները դուրս եկել զորամասից եւ այն էլ  «ՈՒԱԶ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով»:
