Մանուկյան Խաչիկի «քաղաքացիական ակտիվիզմը»

Հայկական լրահոսում երբեմն լինում են տեղեկություններ, որոնց անդրադառնալիս ակամայից ուզում ես սկսել «Ժամանակին կար մի երիտասարդ» արտահայտությամբ։ Հենց այսպես թերևս կարելի է խոսել Աժ նախկին Հանրապետական պատգամավոր Խաչիկ Մանուկյանի մասին։ Վերջինս օրեր առաջ պետք է կրկին պատգամավորական մանդատ ստանար Ծառուկյան դաշինքի ցուցակով, սակայն մինչ այդ մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմում էր գրել, սակայն արդեն մանդատների բաշխման օրը Մանուկյանը հանկարծ որոշեց որ ինքը չի գրել իր դիմումը և դիմումից հրաժարվելու նոր դիմում գրեց։ Ինչևէ, սրա մասին էչ որ կուզնայինք գրել, սակայն եթե մի փոքր հետ հայացք են գցում սույն գործչի «անցած ուղուն» ապա հիշարժան շատ քիչ բան ենք տեսնում։ 

Մինչ «ամեն ինչ հանուն մանդատի» օպերացիան Խաչիկ Մանուկյանը հայտնվել էր լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում իրեն պատկանող «Մաքս գրուպ» թռչնաբուծական ընկերության նկատմամբ ՏՄՊՊՀ կողմից կիրառված տուգանքի արդյունքում։ Ավելի պարզ, ընկերությունը տուգանվել էր հավկիթների պիտանելիության և արտադրաման ժամկետները չմակնիշելու պատճառով։ Այս անցած պատմությանը թերևս պետք է չէ անդրադառնալ, սակայն այստեղից կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ Մանուկյանի մոտ լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում լինելու անհագ ծարավ է առաջացել։ Ավելին, իրականացված «մանդատափայ» գործողությունից հետո, Խաչիկ Մանուկյանը որոշել է համալրել քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստների շարքերը և այս նպատակի համար լավագույն տարբերակ է գտել ճանապարհ փակելը։ Իհարկե, ճանապարհ փակել արտահայտությունը բավական ճոխ է հնչում այն իրադարձության կապակցությամբ, որին կանդրադառնանք։ Բանն այն է, որ համաձայն մեր տեղեկությունների, այսօր Արագածոտնի մարզի Մաստարա գյուղում, որը Մանուկյանի ծննդավայրն է, գյուղի «հասարակությունը» որոշել էր փակել ճանապարհը որպես բողոքի ակցիա և պաշտպանություն Խաչիկ Մանուկյանի մանդատի՝ պատգամավորական մանդատի։ 

Դե բնականաբար, պատկերացնում եք, որ գյուղի ճանապարհ փակող «հասարակությունը» կազմված էր 5-6 հոգուց, որոնք ամենայն հավանականությամբ Մանուկյանի բաջանաղներն ու խնամի բարեկամներն էին։ Բայց դե ինչպես ասում են, օլիմպիական սկզբունքով, Մանուկյանն ըստ ամենայնի «բզբզել էր» համագյուղացիներին, որ վերջիններս կազմակերպեն այս ակցիան։

Այստեղ սակայն ամենամեծ հարցերը մնում են անպատասխան՝ ում դեմ է ակցիա անում կամ ներքին կարգով ակցիա կազմակերպում Մանուկյանը, ինչու է ընդհանրապես նա գնում նման մեղմ ասած անտրամաբանական քայլերի և վերաջապես հնարավոր է որ, պատգամավորական մանդատը Խաչիկ Մանուկյանի մոտ առաջացրել է «հալածյալի կոմպլեքս (մանիա պրեսլեդովանիա)», ուստի Մանուկյանը փորձում է իր բազմազբաղ համագյուղացիներին ու բարեկամներին կտրել գարնանային գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներից ու դարձնել ճանապարհ փակող բնապահպաններ։

Այս բոլոր իրողությունները համադրելով պարզապես ուզում ես լռել կամ արտահայտվել հայտնի ռուսական ասացվածքով` «у него не все дома»։
