Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական կենտրոնին փրկարարական գույք է տրամադրվել

Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի ստեղծման մասին միջկառավարական համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ին տրամադրված փրկարարական գույքի առաջին 3 խմբաքանակները արդեն Հայաստանում են: Գույքը նախատեսված է ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Փրկարար ծառայության վերազինման և կարողությունների բարձրացման համար:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, գույքը ներառում է փրկարարական գործիքների լրակազմ, ունիվերսալ, բազմաֆունկցիոնալ, հիդրավլիկ փրկարարական գործիքների կոմպլեկտներ, տարբեր հզորությամբ հոսանքի գեներատորներ, որոնք նախատեսված են վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար: Տրամադրված գույքի մեջ կան նաև հատուկ սարքավորումներ՝ մոտոպոմպեր, նախատեսված ջրահեռացման աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար:
Հայ-ռուսական կենտրոնին տրամադրվող գույքը պետք է ծառայի Հայաստանում, ՌԴ-ում և հնարավոր է նաև երրորդ երկրում ծագած արտակարգ դեպքերին արձագանքելու համար: Այն նախատեսված է նաև ոլորտում Հայաստանի կարողությունները հզորացնելու համար:
- Սարքավորումների և տեխնիկայի մի մասը կշահագործվի ՓԾ տարբեր, գուցե նաև մարզային ստորաբաժանումների կողմից: Կլինեն նաև կենսապահովման համար նախատեսված զանազան պարագաներ՝ ինչպես օրինակ՝ փրկարարական վրաններ՝ նախատեսված դեպքի վայրում թե՛ անձնակազմի, և թե՛ տուժածների կարիքները բավարարելու համար, - ասաց Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի տնօրեն Պ. Գյոզալյանը:
Հայաստանին տրամադրվող գույքի մյուս խմբաքանակներն այստեղ կլինեն մինչև մայիսի 15-ը: Ցանկը կներառի ամենատարբեր փրկարարական, ջրափրկարարական գործիքներ, ինչպես նաև՝ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ավտոմեքենաներ: Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի ստեղծման մասին համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստանին առաջիկա 2-3 տարիների ընթացքում պարբերաբար կտրամադրվեն փրկարարական սարքավորումներ և տեխնիկա:
